I was going through the drive through to get me and my 4 year old son some food. As I pulled up to the drive through speaker I sat there for about 2 minutes waiting for someone to take my order. I finally decided to say hello to the speaker a few times before someone answered me back and she said what do you want! Rather than how may I take your order. Then as I started placing my order she started (rudely) interrupting my order repeating to me (is that all)! In the middle of me clearly speaking. Over and over she kept saying (is that it) or (is that all) but very aggressively toned like she was frustrated. I started finishing my order with my sons meal. I asked what kind of drinks they have available for kids? She said with a (rude and unfriendly tone)...we only have sodas. I then asked what about lemonade do you all have lemonade? She didnt reply and just added it to the screen order. Then I told her that was all. She didnt give me my order total eather. I drove up to the window and asked the girl at the window if she was the one who took my order. She didnt respond to me. I read her name tag her name was (Lyzeth). I made sure she could here me by speaking clearly when she handed me my food I told her I would like to speak to a manager and she said we are to busy right now! I told her I didnt care at that point I was not getting customer service and wanted to make a complaint. She then went and got another co worker who claimed to be the person in charge there. I asked her were the manager or shift supervisor was and she said I could speak to her cause she was the person left in charge. Again feeling like I was getting horrible service. I started to make my complaint about my rude drive through experience to (the person left in charge) and she was also (rude) to me to. I dont even think the person I talked to was a supervisor or manager. I will make sure to make a bad review on google as well. Read moreI was really looking forward to eating my free entree bowl from my T-Mobile Tuesdays App. I waited patiently for about 10 mins for someone to help me because it was busy. A couple walked in after me & walked up to the glass talking to each other trying to decide what to order. An employee stopped what she was doing behind the counter & told them she was ready to take their oder. I was furious, the couple must have noticed my reaction since they offered to let me go ahead of them. I was polite & insisted on them going ahead. When the employee finally acknowledged why I was furious she go told me she could help me, I said no I'll keep waiting since there is a line now. She shrugged it off as if she didn't care. I will never go to that location again! Maybe they should hire more people to work during busy hours or train employees on how to deal with frustrated...
Read moreRude Chinese lady at the counter. She made us wait because she had to fill her orders first before us. I pulled a chair out to sit in. Then she said , those chairs are there for a purpose and no to sit on. Well if you didn’t have us wait soo long then I wouldn’t need a chair. My husband asked for one of the food items and she said no, why? Then she said she already gave it away on another order. She wasn’t even wearing her face mask. She had it on but she covered her chin with it. So she was still talking over the food. Her mouth not gonna reed. She was just plain rude. We weren’t even greeted at all. We left and went to the other Panda in Manteca. When we first walked in we were greeted and was given quick service and very nice workers. High give to the Panda at Daniels Ave !!...
