We came to Fultano's pizza at 200 N Hemlock St around 6:45 8/12/2018. We had ordered a $16 Pepperoni pizza, and had to wait so long until we found that customers who ordered 15 minutes after us already had their food. We had to ask them and the order was still in waiting list!! We had to wait for additional 25 minutes. We saw that they were so busy, but this issue should be fixed as soon as possible if Fultano's still has the least respect to customers. If we wouldn't have asked them, we had been waiting until the closing time.
Second, the Pepperoni pizza had no pepperoni at all. It's absolutely a cheating or stealing customers' money. We still have the photos as our proofs. In addition, it was the worst we had eaten so far. Its taste was not pizza at all, but like haystack, the name of the rock on the beach we visited in the afternoon. A similar small pizza we usually buy at Fred Meyer only $5 but it really delicious.
However, we saw this printed on the pizza box: "We strive for every order exactly as you expected! If for any reason, our pizza does not stand up to our Declaration of Deleciousness, please notify us immediately! Your satisfaction is always our goal!" It must be said that Fultano's neither does any of customers expected nor its claim in menu/policy/adversement. In this case, the pizza actually absolutely stands up for Fultano's Declaration of In-deliciousness, so we notify Fultano's as soon as we can even though our satisfaction is always not their goal! Futano's has no competitors at Cannon beach, so we hope in the future another pizza restaurant will give customers more comfort to enjoy...
Read moreI came in to this place today at around 11:02am. I walked in with my friend thinking they were open. We had no idea that they didn't open for another 28 minutes. To be honest it didn't look like they were closed. The doors were open, the music was on really loud, and there were plenty of people in there working. I guess that there was somebody in there cleaning towards the front, and that probably should have given it away that they weren't ready for customers, but as someone from out of town I had no idea they weren't receiving at this point. My friend and I walked up to the register to see if we could purchase pizza, as anyone would. It was there that we were told that it was not yet open. Which is fine; obviously, my friend and I had made a mistake in assuming that since the doors were open, that the store must too be open. However whilst leaving the man who was cleaning the floor muttered something under his breath, glared at us like we were some kind of pest, and SLAMMED the door on us once we walked out.
Now I can't speak for what Fultano's Pizza tastes like, because my friend and I promptly walked to the nearby Pizza a'fetta. (We had been there a little while before this at 10:59, and were told they weren't open until 11:00, but they were more direct with us than rude, and I think that is fair.) There they were nice, honest (He accidentally overcharged me.) , and quick to deliver. We bought our Pizza there and tipped them...
Read moreThis is by far the BEST pizza I’ve ever had in my life. The cheese is fresh and perfectly melted, the crust is soft and chewy and had the best fresh flavor and they even roll the crust in so theres a little sauce inside the edges of the crust, which I found very tasty. I don’t much care for crispy/crunchy pizza crust so this was a very pleasant experience. It was just a little crowded (it was about 1 PM on a Saturday when we went so there was a small lunch rush), but all employees were friendly and fast and helpful. They had plenty of seating inside for us, and it was a cool temperature, and they had a great selection of condiments. It was great to see the kitchen area too, you could see the workers make all the pizzas fresh! The sauce was smooth and didn’t have chunks (which is important to me due to sensory issues). I usually struggle with pizzas at smaller businesses due to seasonings and whatnot but I’ve never been happier with a pizza 🥹🥹 The pricing wasn’t bad either, about $3 for a slice of cheese for myself and $4 for the “woody” for my boyfriend which was pepperoni and bacon and whatnot. We spent in total $16 for a very filling and tasty lunch together, 100% worth I would be happy to come back, and I definitely plan on it next time I’m in...
