Chipotle Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Canton Township

I'm feeding a family of 6 with different food allergies and preferences. So we are limited on going out. When a place offers items we can have, we return - sometimes even when the service sucks. Pros - Can accommodate allergies and needs Portions are good size Fairly healthy "fast food"

Cons - Employees are annoyed when you need accomodations. Don't offer it if you hate doing it. All I ask is a glove change and guacamole that doesn't have cheese dropped in it. Employees are annoyed by your presence Employeess never smile. They all look like they hate their jobs. Employees are in such a hurrIy to move you along that they don't listen to you or the line. So you are getting overcharged or are missing multiple items. Employees are rude.

We went in the other night at 9pm. They were tearing down the line and cleaning up. One employee was on the line - alone. My family walked in. 2 other families walked in behind us. The lone employee was frustrated throwing her hands up. Other employees just watched. After 10 min of nonsense (half our order was complete) an employee walked from the back and told another employee the manager (who was in the back) to help on the line. He threw a fit. They both argued and stormed off to the back. The lone line employee tried to continue. She was making food, ringing people up and cashing people out. Gross!

I have visited this location multiple times since they opened. They are great at first. The last 4 months have been awful. The service is terrible. Employees are lazy and rude.

My only reason for giving it a 3 is because the corporation itself promotes good food and because we can find items to eat.

I am very angry at what I experienced today at my local Chipotle's.

I ordered my order through door dash, and I am 100% my Dasher wasn't the issue. The issue was with the Chipotle.

So today was Eid, the religious holiday for Muslims. My family and I decided to order some Chipotle to eat for dinner, since today is a day of celebration and we don't usually eat out/order food. Also, my grandma and my aunt's family were visiting. So my family and I, through door dash, ordered 4 burrito bowls, 3 kids quesadillas, and two burritos. Two of the bowls were identical, and all of the quesadillas were identical as well.

We went through with our order, and when it arrived, we took everything out and we counted the dishes. 6, we counted. Not 9. It turns out that for the orders that were identical, they just ignored the numbers and made just one of each. What a bummer, right? It's your holiday and the restaurant you ordered from can't get your order correct? And they got the kids' food wrong. That means some kids wouldn't be able to eat their dinner right away. So we called them and we called our Dasher and we asked them to repair the issue. All we got on the phone with Chipotle was a pathetic "sorry".

Will not be coming here again. I only have two stars because I had one decent experience here before.

Also, why is guacamole $2? Highway robbery.

If I want Mexican-style fast food, I will be taking my business and my money down the road to Qdoba. I recommend...

This was my very first time at any Chipotle ever. I walked in and the tables were a mess. Food and garbage left on them. There was a line and when it was finally my turn, nobody explains how things work, so I hastily chose the "bowl" option and from there had a teen kid very bored and impatient, looking at me and I guess waiting for me to start choosing my food items. Like I said first time ever didn't know what I was doing. I was also disappointed in the fact that there weren't that many options to choose from food wise, there were barely any ingredients and the food table where they make your food was just a mess, no attempt at keeping the food stocked or cleaned up. I didn't get greeted or told to have a nice day, nothing. And good God the prices of this place is stupid expensive! A burrito and a bowl and 1 drink for $36 and change! The ONLY POSITIVE was the portions of these food items! But that only positive will never again make me ever ever visit this or ANY Chipotle again! And to be honest my bowl tasted EXACTLY like a Power Bowl from Taco bell for WAY CHEAPER! NOT worth the money or the experience! Clean up the place, hire people good with the public and personable, and lower the price!!!
