Food too dry and my hot Lg Hot Pumpkin Sig latte too sweet too much dairy products I asked for almond milk not dairy products I'm lactose intolerant to the extreme the coffee too sweet too much cinnamon and caramel drizzle syrup gross 🤢🤮 stomach ache 🤮🤒 the coffee is making me feel sick 🤢🤢. Also my parent coffee iced coffee cup is leaking throw to plastic cup and small hole in it. I have tried to work for this Dunkin donuts shop and I was 100% denied access because I'm not they're race I'm white only I'm not being rude looking for a job let the people here are very racist tolds people that deal with disabilities and get bullied by they're entitled employees to deny other people to work in that coffee shop. Ordered a drink and wrap online this morning only to get to the window and have the staff tell me that i could ask for my paid wrap another day. I immediately asked for a refund. They offered to make a different wrap, which they've done to me several times before so I said no, it's not my fault that they can't properly order what they need to run their business. I wanted what i paid for or I wanted a refund. Y'all, they refused to give me my money back for something that I've already paid for and that they never gave me. Straight up theft. I only go here because it's on my way to work. I normally get cold brews because they're hard to mess up, and this location seems to struggle with making a drink or being consistent on making their food properly. This location is a joke....

Dunkin’ Donuts coffee is my absolute favorite! It’s my go-to wake up call. This location unfortunately is garbage. From now on I will go out of my way to go to two locations that have always been consistent and good. I went through the drive-thru and got a breakfast sandwich, hash browns and a coffee. I drove away, reached in the bag and could not locate the hash browns. I turned around and went back. When I told them at the speaker they had forgotten my hash browns, the guy wanted to argue with me, insisting he put them in the bag.
