I’ve always loved visiting this dessert spot, but this particular location absolutely blew me away! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was incredible—the music was perfectly curated, setting a fun yet relaxed vibe that made it such a pleasant place to hang out. The warm and loving atmosphere created by the staff really made this experience stand out from all the other locations I’ve visited.

On top of that, I was lucky enough to win an iPhone in their giveaway, which was such a fun surprise and just added to the excitement of the visit! The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, especially Khalid, who went out of his way to help us navigate their large and tempting menu. With so many amazing options, from drinks to crepes, fresh juices, delicious ice cream flavors, and tempting sweets, Khalid helped us choose the perfect treats, making our experience even better.

Got this today during their soft opening. I would say this is going to be another over-priced hyped up wannabe. There is so much competition in Michigan for food like this that you really need to kick it out of the ballpark to stand out and I personally thought it fell way short of that. We got a few items off their menu and even after their soft-opening 25% discount, we felt everything was over-priced. We paid the equivalent of a nice lunch. We especially felt the pinch after tasting the below-average food that was given. My fingers are still cramping from digging out the strawberries from the oddly shaped, narrow serving cups. The mango smoothie tasted nothing more than cheap, warm mango pulp with maybe a little bit of tap water. The mojito BARELY had any carbonation. It was basically sweet water. I hope they fix their prices and work on the taste. I know this is a soft opening so this might be harsh but I really felt this whole idea was just haphazardly put together to make money. I would love to spend this much IF the taste and quantity was worth the price. I hope to visit again if these things...

Ordered 5 items in an almost empty restaurant. After waiting 30+ minutes, manager kept saying “a few more minutes” but had no idea what was going on. When food finally started coming out, none of it was what we ordered. The manager gave vague, conflicting excuses—first saying they were refilling ice cream for us (we didn’t order any), then that the staff was in training.

Eventually, we asked to cancel the order and refund us because they were closing and still had no ETA. He reluctantly gave it, acting like he was doing us a favor. When I pointed out we had been waiting for almost an hour, he actually went to the back to “verify” the time and smugly told me “actually it was 44 minutes”. Thanks for clarifying, if only they could keep track of my order with that much precision.

As we were walking out, they handed us our food—so we didn’t leave empty-handed, which is the only reason this isn’t a 1-star review.
