Horrible! This location belongs in Detroit not Canton. Dirty location and very rude staff. We ordered 2 Baconater combos and were given something that had lettuce, tomato, and mustard on it. When we took it back they had bad attitudes and said we can throw some bacon on it for you. We told them no, and that because of allergies we couldn't have some of the other items on there. She made a disgusted noise and said well your going to have to wait because it has to be made over. We said that's fine. Then my husband was watching them remake it and the guy back there tried to use the same bun! My husband said hey! No you cant do that, it needs to be remade without those toppings. The guy told him baconaters only have mayo and ketchup and my husband said I know that's why we ordered them that's all we wanted, no mustard and tomato. The guy got pissed off he had to throw it away and start over. The employees just gave us dirty looks and were to busy laughing and talking in the back with each other. As I stood there waiting for the remake I watched them be rude to the next 2 customers. Very bad attitudes from the girls at the counter. This location needs to fire half of its staff and start over. They do not greet you, they are not welcoming, the girls role their eyes and make disgusted noises about everything, the wait is long because the employees are too busy playing around with each other, and this particular night the manager was no better, she didnt put a stop to any of it. The employees should not be playing on their phones when the lines are backed up in drive thru and customers waiting in the lobby. They need to be retrained and taught the importance of allergies. They were already told once when we returned them, what would have happened if someone got sick? Since they were told that would be deliberate food tampering which is a serious situation. The remade burgers were good, but after all that time the fries were even colder, and no offer to replace them, that's the least they could have done. Read moreOmg...awful doesn't describe this place. 10pm on a Saturday night and the drive through line a mile long... get to the window to pay for the food and am greeted by the rudest person. Hands me my food which i check because I asked for the burger a certain way. Of course it was wrong.... so I again tell them how i wanted it.... next bag they hand me... order wrong AGAIN....I have to honk to get the woman's attention and when I tell her that it is still wrong she literally yells get me away from this lady and leaves the window. Are you kidding me!!! I can't help if you don't understand English and can't get a simple burger correct. Now another woman comes to the window to ask what I need and I again tell them. Then a 3rd person comes to the window and tells me that I have to drive back around and wait in line again to get the burger.... why should I do that when it is your fault that I'm holding up the line???? He says we'll you have to order it right from the beginning. WHAT????? I ordered it right 3x. Your people don't listen. He leaves and now a 4th person comes to the window who says he's the manager. Now I get another burger which all isn't right but I finally give up. My god DO BETTER PEOPLE. we've all had rough long days. Read moreWhen my family and I went to Wendy's, first off when we walked in the worker was on their cell phone and didn't even acknowledge us and that was when I should have turned around and left. When we sat down and looked at our food, I ordered the Cobb Salad, first off there was hardly any lettuce in the bowl, also the salad comes with bacon and grilled chicken and it wasn't even on the salad. I went up to the counter and said this is a poor looking salad and there is no chicken or bacon on it. So they remade the salad properly. Then I went to sit down and we ordered a kids meal for my child and asked for the cheeseburger to just have Ketchup, Cheese, and meat. Well they put everything on it and had to go back up there again and have them make a new one. After that I went back to sit down and I looked at my dressing and they gave me Caesar Dressing, when it very clearly says on the menu Ranch dressing comes with this salad. On top of all that, the family that was next waiting for their food, had 3 things wrong with their order and also, 3 people walked out of the restaurant, after seeing all the problems we all had. The excuse that was given, is that it was chaotic in the kitchen. But there were 2 card in the drive thru, and 2 families waiting for food.
