Cheeseburger Bobby's — Restaurant in Canton

I've heard great things about Cheeseburger Bobby's from several of my friends, so I decided to give this burger joint a try!

What makes Cheeseburger Bobby's so unique from every other burger restaurant is that you get to build your own toppings. They have a "toppings" bar; like a salad bar. You are able to pick what you want to put on top of your burger and how much of something you want. For example, if you want pickles, you can grab as many pickles as you'd like and put it either on your burger directly or on the tray that your meal is served on! They have lettuce, onions, pickles, tomatoes, banana peppers . Not too mention, they also have a ton of sauces and seasonings to choose from!

I ended up ordering the Carolina burger which had bacon, cheese, coleslaw and barbecue sauce on top of a deliciously fresh beef patty. I sprinkled some sea salt on top of my fries and tried Cheeseburger Bobby's special sauce. I highly recommend this combination!

The total for this meal which included a drink was $10.58 (includes tax). I would have to say that that is a killer price considering the quality of the burger, all the sides, sauces and seasonings that you can choose from and the simple fact that you do not have to pay tip! Wow! I never thought I would leave a review this low, for this location!

My family and I use to love coming here for lunch or dinner. The staff was always up beat and friendly, and the food was always prepared CORRECTLY and the plate presentation was what it should have been.

NOW, we most likely will not be back for a long time until the memory of this recent visit fades away.

Tables dirty and no where to sit, no problem we decided to eat Togo, BIG MISTAKE!!!!

The service was poor, the attitudes from the staff on duty were atrocious.

The food was cooked incorrectly and dumped into the Togo boxes VERY sloppy, the UNDER cooked egg soaked the bread on one burger and made a nasty mess with the other sloppy sauces dumped everywhere. The bread came burnt on another burger and the French fries were old and flash fried to seem sellable.

I’m am a career restaurant and kitchen manager, and these problems occur in many restaurants due to lack of supervision and training. I’d highly recommend some kitchen and recipe training for the staff as well as a SERVSAFE class so they won’t break so many health code violations in the future. I may have restaurant manager eyes and you may think I’m being extra critical, however it doesn’t mean these issues don’t need to be addressed...

What a delightful little place to eat! Customizable burgers, great combo options, decent price, and everything tasted fresh. The fries where nice and crispy. I wasn't the biggest fan that my serving of fries seemed like the bottom of the bag and they where all tiny pieces. But they where all cooked thoroughly and still had a great flavor. I got the chilling burger and added coleslaw. A great combo if you ask me! My drink was one of the usual (as expected) coke products. But they also had unsweet, sweet, and peach tea. The peach tea is really good! They also have lemon slices for the taking for your drink. I wanted to get a milkshake, but I ended up pretty full from the burger and fries. So perhaps next time. Service was fast, the eating area was clean, they also have some outdoor seating for 2 and 1 or 2 tables for 4. Definitely worth the stop for a sit down or quick bite. It's no Gordan Ramsey burger.
