Wendy's — Restaurant in Canton

I never leave 1 star reviews, but this was terrible. 20 minute wait in the drive thru. The girl taking my order sounded like she hated her life and made me feel like I was inconveniencing her by coming to Wendy's for my dinner. After waiting before ordering, waiting at the speaker before they were ready to take my order, waiting after ordering, and waiting a good 5 minutes at the window, Sherri finally comes to the window to hand me my drink. She doesn't say hi, or smile, or anything. Just "sprite". As she hands me my bag, I realize the size of the salad is smaller. So I ask what size it was, half or full. She very rudely said "half, its what you ordered". I told her I said a full. She literally said "hand it back". I asked for my receipt, as I didn't receive one when I paid for my order. I asked for the receipt bc I don't like confrontation and I wasn't trying to make her night more difficult than it clearly already was. If I was charged for a half, I would simply accept the half. Which is what I did. She was the manager on duty and presented terrible customer service. I get home to eat my half salad, and there's not any avacado/guac. This is the southwest salad, and is advertised with avacado/guac. Sherri ended up apologizing after I told her she was not being nice or customer friendly, they were short handed and she was flustered. I understand that. But, don't punish customers bc you and your staff cannot handle 7 cars in the drive thru. The long wait is one thing. The order not being correct is one thing. But the fact that you disrespect customers with your rudeness is just so...

Unfortunately I can only give Wendy's one star. Not just this location either. I hate this because I worked there as a teenager and also became a manager. When I Work to there I saw the coming of chicken nuggets, the Mega bar . And salad bars. The Mega bar was a great idea they just couldn't find good help to keep the item stirred and fresh. What a shame. Wendy's used to have some of the best fries in the business next to McDonald's but I don't care for fries with skin on them and neither Does my family . The size of the patties has shrunk drastically though the price continues to go up. No longer can you order a sandwich with out cheese and not pay for it. It used to be you could order a sandwich with no cheese for one price and with cheese for another.Now if you don't want the cheese you still pay for it anyway....BS.. Out of 20 different Wendy's that I can say I've been to in the last year I can't recall ever getting an order that was correct. Meet that should not be used on a hamburger and is supposed to be put in a "Chile bucket and" is being used on sandwiches, gross.. The only good thing to come from Wendy's anymore is still the frosty. I guess this is OK though because with the lack of good service and fresh food it has kept me and my family from eating so much fast food . It would also be helpful if you had people that work there that could understand you when you say something or try to make...

This place was absolutely chaotic . Four customers at counter waiting to either get their food or place order waiting time over 30 minutes . About 7 employees in building walking around acting like today was their first day. All were confused. Two young guys up front trying their best but most attention was on drive thru Noone would help the two up front ( one on fries other on register ) You could see and hear one employee just aggravated, cussing being hateful to other employees. Well all of a sudden out of no where two managers appear and the male manager just starts yelling at everyone letting them know this is unacceptable. Yeah it is but managers lead and if your not around to be a role model what do you expect. I was just in shock to hear and see how this place is run. Train your employees better , treat them with respect and maybe things won't fall to pieces when your hiding out somewhere. It's a wonder that every employees or customers didn't walk out that evening. Don't noone want to work in that kind of environment and they definitely not going to do their best job being yelled at in front of customers. I will say the two guys who got my to go order ready made sure it was correct and fresh even if it did take...
