I HAVE NEVER BEEN SO DISRESPECTED BY A SUBWAY MANAGER IN MY LIFE. I RUN THE CAR RENTAL OFFICE RIGHT NEXT DOOR. I HAVE EATEN THERE 3 TIMES THIS WEEK. I ORDER THE SAME THING (STORED BY MY PHONE NUMBER). TODAY I MAKE MY ORDER WITH AN UPCHARGED DRINK IT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE 6.20. THE LADY AT THE WINDOW DOES NOT GREET ME JUST SIMPLY SAYS "7.86". I DONT QUESTION IT, GIVE HER MY CARD. WHERE AT THAT TIME SHE DOES NOT GIVE ME A RECEIPT JUST MY ITEMS. AND SHE SHUT THE WINDOW ON ME...NO HAVE A GOOD DAY OR ANYTHING
I GET TO MY OFFICE AND IT WAS THE WRONG ORDER. I ORDERED CHICKEN TERIYAKI AND THEY GAVE ME A TURKEY CLUB.
I WALK IN AND DELT WITH YOUR MANAGER. WHERE THE FIRST THING HE SAYS IS "I EVEN HAD HER CONFIRM WITH YOU IT WAS A TURKEY CLUB" I THEN SAID NO SHE DID NOT. AND HE PROCEEDS TO CRUMBLE UP THE OLD SAND WHICH ALMOST AS IF WITH ANGER AND SAYS "WELL I GUESS ILL JUST MAKE YA A NEW ONE". I THEN AT THAT POINT AM SO DISGUSTED AT HOW YOUR MANAGER TREATED ME I SAID "IM GOOD I DON'T WANT THE SANDWICH NOW AFTER YOUR ATTITUDE" HE THEN PROCEEDED TO TELL ME THAT I PAID FOR IT AND I SHOULD AT LEAST GET WHAT I PAID FOR. BUT AT THAT POINT HE MADE IT FEEL LIKE I WAS IN THE WRONG AND I WAS LYING TO THEM. I THEN LOOKED AT THE LADY IN THE EYES AND SAID "MA'AM ARE YOU REALLY GOING TO SIT HERE AND SAY THAT YOU ASKED ME IF I ORDERED A TURKEY CLUB? DID YOU REALLY? HONESTLY" AND THEN SHE BOLD FACE LIES AND SAYS THAT SHE DID.
I WALKED OUT OF YOUR OFFICE WITHOUT A SUB (THAT I OVERPAID FOR) JUST SIMPLY DUE TO THE FACT OF HOW I WAS TREATED. I HAVE NEVER BEEN SO DISGUSTED IN A LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE.
AND JUST AN FYI YOUR OPEN SIGN IS OFF. I HAVE ALREADY FILED THE COMPLAINT WITH CORPORATE.
MY SUGGESTION IS AVOID THIS STORE JUST SIMPLY DUE TO THE ATTITUDE OF...
Read moreOn Google maps said location closes at 11pm. Paper sign on door says closes at 9pm on Friday night (which it is). Arrived at 8:34 pm with my family. Window sign for OPEN was on… door was locked. Went to the drive thru. As soon as I turned into it, they turn the sign off… now 8:36. Two other women parked and were let inside by staff member who unlocked the door for them.
It’s a one way, one car wide, in the drive thru so I pull forward and there’s a truck being served at the window, so we wait. They received their food at 8:44 (2 sandwiches by mistake the looks of the bags and no drinks. As truck pulls away and I pull forward, the lady working inside shuts the window and turns the lights off (no communication).
So I pull out and turn back in to the parking lot and get out of vehicle to go inside, with hungry child in tow (other customers are still there). Lady inside refuses service saying they are closed. Get back in vehicle at 8:46 with hungry and disappointed self, spouse and child.
Management, owner and Franchisee need to be aware of this kind of poor quality of service. This action not only turned away business during clear operating times, but ensured we will never return to that establishment… and now have publicized the story and rating. It will be a story I will be passing on to the many other families here for a local soccer tournament as well.
Bad service is bad… no service is unacceptable.
Please hire better, manage better...
Read moreGave 1 star only because it was the only way to comment a review, would prefer a ZERO star for the way we've been treated....been eating at this store during the fall for over 6 yrs...many times during the week....me and my gang of friends...WILL NO LONGER eat here because they seem to close early when the sign on the door says till 12:00...went there recently and one of the 2 persons working ran to the door to lock it before me and the others with me could get in the door (before 12:00)...knocked on the door and the kid told me it was after 12:00 when clearly on the clock on the wall it was between 11:50 to 12....never had anybody run to lock the door to not serve someone when you're in the servicing business....just went there tonight for my last time....store was closed early again as the same kid that recently ran to lock us out had locked the door early again and was putting things away, then he slowly creeped to the rear of the store out of view....I will drive to other stores and will no longer eat at a restaurant that doesn't want the 30 to 50 dollars I spend in it everytime I visited....never had this problem before, but it seems to be the same lil kid everytime....today...
