China Express — Restaurant in Cape Coral

I have been eating at this restaurant for at least 9 to 10 years. Tonight I ordered something I’ve ordered for many years but I do not order the same thing every time I call. My order was received and was incorrect. I called to have the correct items sent to my home and I would send back the incorrect items to the store. I was told this would be handled. A few minutes later I received a phone call back from the restaurant explaining that there was a two dollar price difference between the two incorrect items and that I would need to pay four dollars to have my order corrected. after a yelling match between me and the owner I promptly told her that I would never eat there again. There have been many times in the past that they have sent me incorrect items or have not sent items I’ve ordered at all. Very few times have I called to complain. Mainly because I’ve been eating there for so long and I love the food. The owner told me I ordered incorrectly tonight and it was my fault and therefore I would need to pay the four dollar difference. I will leave reviews all over social media so that other customers can see that after a 9 to 10 year relationship with a customer this restaurant doesn’t care about customer service. DO NOT EAT HERE! This restaurant obviously has no concern for the customer. This is absolutely disgusting that a restaurant owner would call a longtime customer requesting four dollars for their error. How petty can one owner really be? And from the reviews I’m seeing seven hours ago it seems as if they’re petty as another customer had the same problem. For the second time in a row I have ordered two specials that come with egg rolls this time I specifically asked to make sure they would send the two egg rolls as they forgotten the last time and they said yes they will be with order... well now they get here and guess what they are not in order so I call and they say sorry we will send right out so 20 mins goes by and no egg rolls please understand too Im only 1.2 miles from business approx a 3min drive or less and they say yes they are on the way they should be there in another 15-20 mins!! I told them to forget it and I’ll never order here again! Also the food was undercooked I have ordered here for probably 10yrs was my favorite place to buy the crab Rangoon and this time the Rangoons were so undercooked/soft/soggy/doughy instead of nice and crunchy it was the most disappointing meal I have ever ordered from them and there customer service/food has completely changed! I've ordered here for a while now and never had a problem until 2 days ago. I ordered two nights ago, we ordered 2 general so's, one with white rice, one with pork fried combos, a bbq spare ribs with pork fried rice combo, and dumplings. Everyone's food was okay expect the boneless bbq spare rib combo, which was mine. The meat was dry, the rice was mushy, the egg rolls were salty and burnt. It looked like it was sitting there all day and they just threw it in the bag. I called, complained how mine was the only one messed up, told I would get credits for the food I ordered. I called today to get my credited food and they gave me hell! Acted like they never gave me credits. I fought to get my food and when I went to pick up I got nothing but dirty looks and the girl at the counter on her phone, being rude. The owner giving me scowls, I wouldn't order from here. Find something better. They are careless about their food quality...
