I'm a big fan of Dunkin, been to all sorts of locations in the US, but this one is by far the worst. My last three visits have been increasingly awful. The first included them listing items they didn't have available including some coffee items, which is fine. I asked for another item, and the cashier rudely and aggressively repeated what she had recited before. I left with nothing. Second time around, went early in the morning, no donuts. They didn't tell me before I ordered, nor were there any signs, and yelled when I tried to order donuts. Left with nothing. Today I ordered a half dozen donuts, hash browns, and coffee. I recieved donuts thrown into a bag (all but two were the wrong kind), crumpled napkins covered in icing, and hashbrowns burnt til they were practically potato chips. I will not be returning.

I visit Dunkin at least 10-15 weekly. It’s quite astonishing that every time I visit this particular location, I always have less than a mediocre experience. Whether it’s 1130 in the morning and there’s no donuts or pastries left, to receiving my coffee with it running down the sides of the cup. It’s mind blowing that whom ever manages the operations aspect in regard to inventory is completely oblivious that they are not ordering enough product to last the duration of a shift. And don’t get me started on the employees wearing pajamas. I normally won’t comment or complain as I know experience with to-go facilities will vary but whom ever owns or manages this facility needs to pay more attention to their employees and how this establishment is managed.

Seemed to me that the employees were not able to handle the load put on them. Front counter got backed up because self order screen was not working, and the person doing the front end was also filling other app orders. Not surprisingly mistakes were made. Although I have to say it was obvious that the employee was trying hard. No fault or blame against her. Maybe today was chaotic, and another day when things are working it could be great! Went back today was not happy with food quality. Sandwich was cold. Less than half the bag had tots. In fact 6 tots came in the order. Don't believe I will return again. Waste of time, and money.

I ordered a dozen assorted donuts via the mobile app to be picked up via walk in

I walk in and the lady behind the counter heard the door chime, turned to me, made eye contact, rolled her eyes, and looked away

There was no greeting, no "we'll be right with you", no "Please wait a moment", no "Welcome to dunkin", no anything

We stood there for 9 minutes and 4 different people came to the front counter, made eye contact with us, and didn't say a thing

The door opened and another gentleman walked in and the front counter lady huffed when she heard the door chime

At 14 minutes I addressed one of the ladies and she was very rude.

I gave the name for the order and she said that they haven't received any mobile orders

After 2 minutes of tying to find the order, she then went to the mobile order counter and there were 6 orders siting there, waiting to be filled.

Ours was the second order

She looked at all of the orders and shrugged her shoulders

She then read our order and said, "Oh! It's just 12 donuts. That's not so bad!"

They didn't have any of the donuts that we wanted.

I tried to order substitutions, but when I asked if they had Bavarian creme instead of Boston creme she barked, "All we have is what you see". They had Bavarian, but I could not see them, they were in the back of the tray.

Then I saw that the drive thru had boston creme. And when I tried to ask for boston creme, she ignored me and started talking to her co-worker about their group chat and about getting written up for unexcused absences or calling out without a doctor's note

The entire experience was atrocious

We went to the Dunkin down the road at pondella and 41, and when I walked in, was greeted with "Welcome to dunkin! What can I get for you?"

I explained to them about the previous experience and they stated that they used to work at the pine island/del prado store and they left because of their laziness and terrible way that they deal with customers.

They said that customers often come there after going going the pine island/del prado location, and they are usually upset.

I would highly recommend staying away from this location if you want donuts, and good...

I usually love Dunkin Donuts iced lattes but the last 3 I've ordered from this location have been terrible. I always order a large iced latte with skim milk and two shots of espresso added. The first of the 3 was with French vanilla and it tasted a bit off but still drinkable. The next one I chose hazel nut, which I usually love, unfortunately it was disgusting. For the last one I decided to try the French vanilla again knowing that while it wouldn't be delicious, it would at least be drinkable. However, this last one was by far the worst put of all three. I'm not sure if they are using a cheap flavoring and then dumping way too much of it in the coffee but something is very wrong. I've been doing home projects and find myself at Home Depot allot the last two weeks and have only stopped at this location because it is in the same plaza. Never again though, I'll just wait to hit the one on Mcgregor during my commute to work. If you stop at this location, just save yourself the disappointment and skip...

Wow.!!!! NEVER GO HERE!!! This is by far THE worst DD there is. Admittedly I arrived after 8:00pm the door is locked. The hours posted ON THE DOOR show the hours are 5am-9:00pm. I knock thinking the person working is probably alone or on bathroom break whatever. The girl comes to the door says " lobby closes at 8:00pm" okay fine, so, drive through it is. I get back in my truck swing through the drive through. I sit at the little box and wait to be asked what I wanted. Nothing happened. I figure maybe its broke after like 3-4 minutes. I drive up to the window and there is one person doing stock ignoring the drive through. I sit there for a minute waiting for her to notice which she does not. And this even after I went to the door. So I start to drive away having no coffee, and there in the lobby was the girl who came to the door to begin with on the phone also ignoring the drive through. Both employees were wearing the customary headsets of the drive through. But neither had intentions of...
