I ordered a dozen assorted donuts via the mobile app to be picked up via walk in
I walk in and the lady behind the counter heard the door chime, turned to me, made eye contact, rolled her eyes, and looked away
There was no greeting, no "we'll be right with you", no "Please wait a moment", no "Welcome to dunkin", no anything
We stood there for 9 minutes and 4 different people came to the front counter, made eye contact with us, and didn't say a thing
The door opened and another gentleman walked in and the front counter lady huffed when she heard the door chime
At 14 minutes I addressed one of the ladies and she was very rude.
I gave the name for the order and she said that they haven't received any mobile orders
After 2 minutes of tying to find the order, she then went to the mobile order counter and there were 6 orders siting there, waiting to be filled.
Ours was the second order
She looked at all of the orders and shrugged her shoulders
She then read our order and said, "Oh! It's just 12 donuts. That's not so bad!"
They didn't have any of the donuts that we wanted.
I tried to order substitutions, but when I asked if they had Bavarian creme instead of Boston creme she barked, "All we have is what you see". They had Bavarian, but I could not see them, they were in the back of the tray.
Then I saw that the drive thru had boston creme. And when I tried to ask for boston creme, she ignored me and started talking to her co-worker about their group chat and about getting written up for unexcused absences or calling out without a doctor's note
The entire experience was atrocious
We went to the Dunkin down the road at pondella and 41, and when I walked in, was greeted with "Welcome to dunkin! What can I get for you?"
I explained to them about the previous experience and they stated that they used to work at the pine island/del prado store and they left because of their laziness and terrible way that they deal with customers.
They said that customers often come there after going going the pine island/del prado location, and they are usually upset.
I would highly recommend staying away from this location if you want donuts, and good...
Read moreI usually love Dunkin Donuts iced lattes but the last 3 I've ordered from this location have been terrible. I always order a large iced latte with skim milk and two shots of espresso added. The first of the 3 was with French vanilla and it tasted a bit off but still drinkable. The next one I chose hazel nut, which I usually love, unfortunately it was disgusting. For the last one I decided to try the French vanilla again knowing that while it wouldn't be delicious, it would at least be drinkable. However, this last one was by far the worst put of all three. I'm not sure if they are using a cheap flavoring and then dumping way too much of it in the coffee but something is very wrong. I've been doing home projects and find myself at Home Depot allot the last two weeks and have only stopped at this location because it is in the same plaza. Never again though, I'll just wait to hit the one on Mcgregor during my commute to work. If you stop at this location, just save yourself the disappointment and skip...
Read moreWow.!!!! NEVER GO HERE!!! This is by far THE worst DD there is. Admittedly I arrived after 8:00pm the door is locked. The hours posted ON THE DOOR show the hours are 5am-9:00pm. I knock thinking the person working is probably alone or on bathroom break whatever. The girl comes to the door says " lobby closes at 8:00pm" okay fine, so, drive through it is. I get back in my truck swing through the drive through. I sit at the little box and wait to be asked what I wanted. Nothing happened. I figure maybe its broke after like 3-4 minutes. I drive up to the window and there is one person doing stock ignoring the drive through. I sit there for a minute waiting for her to notice which she does not. And this even after I went to the door. So I start to drive away having no coffee, and there in the lobby was the girl who came to the door to begin with on the phone also ignoring the drive through. Both employees were wearing the customary headsets of the drive through. But neither had intentions of...
