If you want fast food, go somewhere else. But if you want slow food, this Popeyes is the spot. My son and I both love their food, but this location is terrible service wise. After they didn’t order enough turkeys to purchase for thanksgiving and then telling me they were closed during open hours on thanksgiving, I was hesitant to go back but my son wanted it for his birthday so I went. Upon arrival, I saw it was going to be the normal experience as I could see 8 cars in front of me. Now if this was chick fil a, it wouldn’t be an issue. They are quick. This Popeyes isn’t familiar with quick. It took me 35 minutes just to get to the order board and that’s with some cars getting out of line and leaving. There was no inside service either. As I sat there wondering if I was going to get my food before my son’s next birthday, I also wondered how they could be so slow. It’s pretty much all chicken which is cooked not one piece at a time but several. I wondered if perhaps there was just one employee who was forced to take orders, kill and cook the chickens, and fill orders. As soon as I got to the order board, I was asked to wait one second. One second turned out to be five minutes suggesting this Popeyes sits on some temporal nexus where time moves slower for them than the world at large. When the employee finally took my order which required me to slowly state each item of the combo twice as she confirmed, I finally moved forward. When I got to the window to pay and get my order, I could see at least two other employees meaning my one employee theory was incorrect, but perhaps not my temporal nexus theory. After another five minutes, I got my order. Popeyes is good, but it’s not 45 min in a drive thru line good. I also completed their survey from receipt and requested someone contact me and a week later no one has. It seems service is not a value this company has. Try...
Read moreWould of given No Stars ⭐️! Don’t eat here! Bad service bad undercooked food! We were served big bag of raw fries twice trying to give us old fries undercooked and fries in larger quantities (a bag full) to get rid of them. We only had a regular size and then when they finally cooked fresh fries after those two atrempts. Then they gave us hardly no fries 🍟 after all that. No one speaks English here no one, amd it’s always dead here amd now we know why. I will never come back here one time and done. Beware! They will be closing soon. No business here no matter what time of the day it is. Location isn’t even well lit and is dingy looking. Even the screen for Drive is broke and doesn’t work. When we asked for Cajun rice they said that was a limited time offer. Ok 🧐 that’s always been offered every since they opened that wasn’t a limited time item that was discontinued they don’t even know the difference 🙄 Please hire English speaking people. Everyone is Hispanic and didn’t speak English. Family owned apparently. All Hispanic people working there and speaking Spanish. All these bad reviews speak for themselves. It’s very Poorly ran. Run away fast 🏃♀️ And don’t stop here. Keep driving! Popeyes in general has really gone down hill and always in not the best locations. Food quality and portions have definitely gone down and prices are way up! Another reason they are busy at all. The biscuits are a third of the size of what they used to be. Now I remember why I don’t eat at Popeyes this one is really the worst...
Read moreWaited in drive thru for an hour! Don’t get all the food that was ordered. Then I go to the doors, to go ask for the missing food, And they are both locked. So I’m standing there waiting for somebody to see me, I called the location several times to no answer. After 20 minutes of standing there I go back through the drive thru – I didn’t go through in the beginning because the line is super super long and they are super super slow! So I proceed to go through the line and order The missing food. We get to the window and they (young lady who called the manager over because I said I already paid) needed to see my receipt- which was fine, but to say “to make sure I wasn’t lying.” They handed me the food and I told them that I stood at their door for 20 minutes, and I called the store several times so they can walk me out the missing food. The manager is laughing saying that they don’t have a phone and continues to laugh about me having to stand outside their door for 20 minutes and not being able to get a hold of them. I was already angry that we waited in line for an hour, and there’s no way to pull out of that line, but then to wait 20 minutes at the door and calling several times to get their mess up, then Thinking I was lying about my order that I Just got 20 minutes prior, To laughing. So an hour and a half from start to finish, for some cold chicken. Don’t waste your time! Take a few extra minutes and drive to the...
