UPDATE: Changing my rating to reflect how impressed I am that James, the director of operations, personally called me to inquire about my experience. He assured me that my feedback regarding quality was highly regarded and committed to fixing some of those issues in the future (juices were not properly mixed, containers not full, consistency and flavor poor). This commitment to customer satisfaction is exceptional, and I will definitely be going back to give the juice refresh another try. 😊

ORIGINAL POST: We’ve loved Fresh for years and frequent it often—delicious and healthy food! But with Adrian leaving this location to serve as manager at the new location, there has definitely been a drop in service quality. My 3 day juice refresh was made 2 days prior to when I scheduled to pick it up, and the manager insisted that it would be fine to sit at the restaurant 48 hours prior to pickup. Paying over $100 for 3 days worth of juice is steep when you know that you’re missing nutritional benefits since it’s only shelf stable for a max of 72 hours. The quality was definitely affected. My wife and I ate here Friday night and we were "wow'd" by the whole experience! This place is spotless clean, and the service was professional and courteous. I ordered the tuna melt and vegetable soup and was honestly blown away on how great it was. We will be back soon, this is a hidden gem for Cape but as word gets out it will be a favorite for the city. Seriously, it's healthy and low calorie (and taste phenomenal) and I'm putting this place way on top of my list over the nasty fast food (high calorie, unhealthy restaurants) out there. WOW! This place is a dream come true! Everything is fresh and healthy and delicious and unique. It's the kind of food that you can't make with staples from your fridge/pantry at home. It would take a special shopping trip and lots of veggie prep, plus a few exotic ingredients to duplicate the menu items. They even have acai bowls that taste just as good as the ones I buy at the boardwalk!! Now I don't have to wait to go on vacation to get one. I am thrilled to have access to this kind of food...
