What a great quick breakfast place! Great location! Kind and friendly and delish!! They are so accommodating, too. We had a little poodle with my family and the worker offered him a treat. He is a picky little dog and turned it down. She was determined to give him a treat so she whipped out 2 more options for our poodle to try. Even though he snubbed all 3 treats, it was so generous of her! What a good laugh. Then, even better, I brought my own Gluten Free bagel to see if I can get an Bacon Egg and Cheese on the side to put on my bagel myself. The owner (I think) offered to take my bagel for me and prepared me a delicious Bacon Egg and Cheese on my own GF bagel! (They do offer gluten free bread but I really wanted a bagel sandwich) I don't have cross contamination issues so this was perfect for me. It made me so happy! Walked in and stood there for 5 minutes without any of the 4 people working acknowledging my existence. They all saw me and there weren’t any other customers in there during that time. Unacceptable.

With all due respect, it happened. I frequent your other locations so it was disappointing to see this happen. My wife ordered food next door and had it before I walked out so it could have been longer than 5 minutes. We walked into each establishment at the same time. They came and got me when they were done. Disappointing.
