we were lured in from the delightful smell and seasonal offerings, so we were very excited to try! unfortunately, there was a mishap while ordering and the barista did not realize that i was ordering 2 drinks at once, plus they had a technical error with the register. this is all fine, everyone makes mistakes, and technology glitches! our party realized the mistake and did finally point out that we still had not received a drink, they did get started on making the drink, but not without assuming that i wouldn’t pay for the second drink and giving me a bit of an attitude even though i was perfectly happy to pay for the items i ordered. i went to the counter to get my drink when it was ready, and the person who handed it to me chuckled at me and asked why i just sat there and didn’t say anything to which i replied that we thought we were just waiting for it to be made and hadn’t realized the mistake yet! i felt like they were blaming me for a simple mistake that technically was on their end. all in all, pretty unacceptable customer service, and the drinks we got were not at all worth...

They are the only coffee shop in the area and get a lot of business. And they are very lucky for that, because their coffee is not good.EDIT: In response to the owner's (original,deleted) response question, I simply didn't like the taste of your ice coffee. The two people that I was with didn't like it either, so I wasn't alone. Our general consensus was that it tasted like dirt. But, I wish you the best of luck. Cute coffee shop, but pricey for okay coffee. They do have a lot of specialty ice teas and latte options, but only have soy and almond milk as non-dairy options for an extra dollar (even Starbucks has coconut milk). I settled on a small americano since coconut or oat milk was not available (soy milk is an acquired taste and I’m allergic to almonds). The staff was friendly, but lost an order of an iced green tea and americano. The americano was just okay (I do not add cream or sugar), and the iced green tea was more ice than tea. When getting into the 5.99 dollar range for a small non-dairy flavored latte, I would just recommend saving your money and going to Starbucks for okay coffee and espresso.
