ARBYS has always been one of our favorite dining establishment BUT this year It is the worse Over all their service, their food, presentation & quality of food EVERYTHING is below POOR If a minus zero were available that is the grade I give this ARBYS in Carlsbad,NM Every Friday was special, during summer, because my wife and I would order our Favorite, summer only sandwich the chicken salad sandwich, but no more Three orders and three gross sandwiches Reporting it did no good In fact they got worse First order WAY TOO MUCH MAYO, so much no other ingredients could be tasted, Second time same results but the bread was old and dry NOT FRESH, Third time maybe a tspn of mayo a tblspn of ingredients AND the bread was old, smashed & hard dry YET yesterday my wife still gave this ARBYS ESTABLISHMENT another chance She bought me a Roast Beef sandwich PEOPLE the beef was dry, the edges were hard, cardboard would have a better flavor & texture The buns they used were dry and broken YET what good does it do to report this atrocious service SERIOUSLY, how fresh are their ingredients and meat BEFORE I forget my wife ordered curly fries but I got dried tree branches painted red I can keep writing yet what for ALL the manager does is punch their programmed response and that is it!!! THIS IS THE WORSE...
Read moreHorrible people! New mgr Michelle refused to remedy a situation and immediately hung up upon asking for a corporate number. If you are not like "most people" who apparently dont ask whats in a sauce. What REALLY? Who asks whats in the sauce? Chances are they cant tell you anyway because they gave it some fancy name and dont know if it has an ingredient that someone might be allergic to in it. Then to act crazy following my dad around acting squirrely. This woman is not fit to be manager of any establishment much less in food service or anything that has to do with the public. Now we wait and hope benadryl works and this doesnt result in a trip to the ER. I might add she was told by her boss to give a full refund and still only refunded the sandwich. Horribly rude and disrespectful for anyone much less a mgr. Way to train your staff! This couldve all been easily resolved with out bad reviews or having to call her boss had she done the right thing and not shown her lack of morals. If someone says they have an allergy it should be taken seriously! Did anyone else notice that out of all these comments arbys responded...
Read moreOk so first thing at the drive through the person on intercom has zero patients. Was with fiance and 2 teenage girls and the lady taking order seemed to be rushing us. I asked what soft drinks they had, since it just said it wasnt on menu the lady gets mad told me the drink the had and told me it was on menu. I nicely replied it wasnt and pullec around. No one was at window then. Finally she shows up and is telling the management that they needed to fix it. Instead of appoligzing for her rude behavior the continued to be abnoxious and rude then got even worse when i asked to make sure she gave us sauces. And treating us as though simply going there we were jerks. We had driven 35 miles just to eat there like we have several time. We will not do that again. In fact ill have to be very hungry to go there again period. If i wanted to pay for over priced food, and rude service from someone who only cares about taking my momey id ...
