Carl’s Jr. — Restaurant in Carlsbad

The food was warm..that's the only positive. The lady that took our order had no clue what to do...I asked for no onion..I saw the screen and it said extra onion. We went to use the ketchup and there is fruit flies surrounding it...about 10 of them. I looked at the floor and there is literally on the floor with footprints everywhere. Every single table is dirty...I went to use the salt and there is black finger prints all over it...out tray came dirty with a tiny paper mat on it...I'm staring at the back of the ketchup container and its covered in dirty greasy fingerprints. When we went to wash our hands the toilet had pee and ashes in it...pee on the floor..sink is nasty...and no paper towels to dry hands or to open door with. I hope the manager or the regional manager see this review and take it serious and fix the issue. Yes it's fast food but you would think in Carlsbad California in the heart of the infamous village that these issues wouldn't be present. I haven't been to a nastier restaurant than this in a very long time....Clean the whole...

Wow this was probably the worst food I've had. I ordered an Angus burger. They gave me a famous star in an Angus burger wrapper. The soggiest mess of burger and fries. My wife got a famous star combo and I was right it was the same burger I bought for 2 dollars less. Looks like they pre-made famous stars and they just add or remove whatever needed to someone's order. I don't know but how is the burger soggy and wet but the wrapper still dry. I give negative stars. Not even 1. I want my money back. And I feel like every customer should get there's too. Sucks to be hungry then to be angry and still hungry...

Found a little bit of money so thought I'd use it for my favorite The western bacon Cheeseburger, WHICH I been craving for months so I rode my scooter 4 miles to this location which was all locked up bc of COVID19 so I went through the drive thru and asked the girl can I place a order and she said NO You have to be IN A CAR. It was noon I planned to take my lunch to the beach and eat it that NO just ruined my whole day 😢 I rode the 4 miles back home hungry and still with my craving come on get with it Carl's Jr we are in a pademic not...
