Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Carlsbad

WARNING: Jersey Mike's Carlsbad location, 2521 Palomar Airport Rd., feels it’s ok to make a seriously bad quality sub, and leave out your Paid For Drink, for customers ordering thru a food delivery service. I always buy from that store in person. This time I had Uber Eats deliver my order.... which was missing a Starry soda and a tuna sub practically devoid of tuna; it was a measly little excuse for a sub sandwich. So be warned, if you're not there to watch the sandwich being made with your own eyes, then those employees obviously believe they can cheat a loyal customer. I tried to send the company a message describing this experience, but the Jersey Mike's office would not accept it because it "did not recognize the business location's address, zip code, or even the city. This rating is strictly regarding customer service. I went to this location on Monday 10/24 around 12-12:15. There were two girls working; one girl working the sandwich station and the other working the register. They were both talking to me at the same time so it was hard to get my order straight through to the girl making the sandwiches. I had mentioned I wanted pickles added to my sandwich bowl and I heard her mumble under her breath “Jesus Christ” in response to me as she was adding to my order. i went there about 3:30 and the lady who first helped me was rude. she saw us multiple times, and we waited about 3 minutes trying to see if were going to be greeted, and we weren’t. when she finally came to us, she immediately just said “what can i get you guys?” not once did she ask us how we were, anything. two customers came in after us and she proceeded to give them attitude as well. not once did she talk to any of us besides asking what we wanted, or even smile. she looked miserable. the lady who helped finish our transaction (with green hair!) was lovely! super kind, had a big smile on her face, and she was the reason why i gave a tip. she helped me feel better after dealing with the...
