The smallest live music dive bar around. If you've ever been to the Royal Dive and seen anyone play there, that place is huge compared to this 60 person capacity place. Without music it jumps to maybe 75.

MAS PPPPP!!!. Wait that's not right, that's just a coloqialism some of my friends use. Not to describe the place, but just to denote our sense of pride and locality. Most people call it Cantina for short.

Just under a dozen taps, a full bar shaped like a tetris piece (Z), bathrooms are in a sardine can sized hallway behind the makeshift area they let banks play with a dozen empty kegs. They have 3-4 tall tables with stools and 8 tables on their patio deck. Their sticky, crowded bartop doesn't make any of their food sound appetizing, but they have a few items I hear of people ordering, but have never seen someone order (granted my usual hours here are well past kitchen closing). Bar backs are mediocre, bartenders are mediocre, basically the entire staff is average. I will say they get more fights due to lax security and they do kick a lot of people out, but unlike other bars where bluffing can stave off aggression between security and guests, they prefer to fell swoop on the exodus. Juke box is nothing special. TV's are non HD.

In actuality you will probably have more fun riding your bike here in the day time cause they have nifty bike rack, outdoor patio that's West facing. Don't park in the parking lot, it's far too small and you can find safer street parking or even the Coaster lot. Dog friendly and large pitchers, all too often heady. Men's restroom has no stall door. Open gate allows for conjoined parking with Hennesseys....

THEY ADDED A 35% TIP TO MY CARD WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE OR APPROVAL! BEWARE!!! Terrible service, extremely rude bartender (Friday Evening). Went in to order take out, then took a walk through the village. Upon our return to pick up said food, bartender was again extremely rude! Pretty sure she thought we where tourist's, but in fact we are locals. I signed for my take out order rounded the balance to a equal number, mind you tipping is not required for a take out order. Come to realize 2 days later when the amount cleared my account, she added a 35% tip to my card without my knowledge or approval! With this being said pretty sure mas fina cantina and their rude friday evening bartender has been ripping off tourist's and locals alike for who knows how long! I've contacted the BBB and I am still trying to contact management and ownership to rectify this issue. Please...

First of all I would like to say if I could give this place a half star I would. I came in to get some food with my prom date and as we walked into the patio area we were laughed and mocked at by the “workers”. They looked like normal people but claimed they were workers. We sat down and it took over 40 minutes for the people to even ACKNOWLEDGE US. FORTY MINUTES. We left and went hungry to our dance. This place seriously makes you feel like your are invisible. Like seriously if it wasn’t for the workers laughing at us walking in I wouldn’t know there was any staff even there. It says at the bottom of the review box and I quote “Did you dine in, take out, or get delivery?” Well it should or GET LAUGHED AT AND HARASSED BY TEENAGER LOCALS WHO THINK THEY ARE SUPERIOR TO EVERY OTHER HUMAN BEING IN THE WORLD. Please I beg you do not go...

I have been here three times, once at night for drinks, once for lunch take out, and once to dine in for lunch. Overall the food is alright so far, I would like to try other things. The service each time I have gone was very slow especially the last time. I ordered the Pollo Borracho the last time which was grilled chicken breast sautéed with tequila lime served over flour tortilla with pepper jack and sautéed onions & peppers. It was a larger portion so I had some to take home which was nice. My food was good, but for a lunch break it's better to pick up or go later in the night when you aren't as worried about the time. The night scene is more fun than lunch time atmosphere sitting outside with friends.

This is the worst Mexican food place I have been to. The beans were Rosarita canned beans and the rice was uncle Ben’s. You can see from the pic the rice is clearly uncle Ben’s without any flavor. A real Mexican restaurant would never serve uncle Ben’s . Very disappointed. Mas Fina in Spanish means the most fine and this is far from it. The restaurant looked cute so we decided to take a chance but the food was horrible. I am not sure where the 4+ plus stars comes from. My mother in law ordered the taquitos and they looked like the Costco taquitos. They also served them without melting the rice.
