Mystical Dragon - Store — Local services in Carlsbad

On April 16th I had a phone reading with Victoria. When I called back for my reading I had to call 4 times before they would pick up the phone. When I mentioned this to the receptionist she very rudely said "yes I was probably making a transaction." From there she took my money and proceeded to leave me sitting on the phone for nine minutes waiting for my reading until I finally hung up and called. When I stated she left me hanging for 9 minutes there was no apology, she simply said "I was with a customer." Apparently this girl is a new employee, she's incredibly rude and has zero customer service skills. You don't leave someone hanging on the phone for 9 minutes and not come back and let them know they are with another customer or ask if they would like a call back. In total, I had to call 9 times! If the owner looks at her phone records go to April 16th around 1:30 and check how many calls from one number you received. I have spent a lot of money with mystical dragon over the last few years but I can assure you I will not be coming back. Too bad that is a lost customer for Victoria who...

This is a Charming little shop in coastal Oceanside on the Coast Highway. when I went there, I was welcomed by both of the ladies who were working, and invited to ask any questions that I might have pertaining to anything that they sold. They have a great selection of small stones as well as a good selection of shaped gemstones and such. They have some kitschy things as well if that is what you are into, but the reason why I'm giving it 4 stars is because other than the small stones, they did not have a very wide selection of much else and their prices are somewhat high. It may simply be that they have to charge more for things because of paying rent on the coast, but suffice it to say everything else about it is wonderful.my advice would be to either go there just to find out what it's like, or if you have more specific needs to call them first to see if they have what you're looking...
