I came into the store to pick up a carry out pizza. There was a few people ahead of me, and many staff running around and ignoring the phone ringing and all of us. We all kept waiting while staff walked by, but not one person acknowledged any of us. They acted like we weren't even there! I kept trying to get their attention. I asked the people in front of us if they had been helped because I was almost ready to call the store and ask them to help us because they sure didn't seem to care we are there in person. Those customers had not been helped or even acknowledged and they were there longer than us. There were at least 8 staff working. I finally got fed up of waiting nicely, and asked if anyone was every going to help us. The answer I got was, "none of the carry outs are ready." I answered that you have no idea what we want because you never asked and these poor people are just trying to order. They have been here longer than us! A few people came in and left because you ignored them! That person turned out to be the manger! I asked him why did he and his entire staff ignore your customers? All he could say was sorry. I got my order and left. Got to my destination and realized they shorted me. Went back, and the same customers were still waiting for their food! I told the manger that they shorted me and asked them to refund my entire order which they did. The point I was telling the manger is that the way you all acted clearly means you don't care about your customers in the least. You can't even look up to say hello and say we will be with you. Then, you can't even get the order right. He tried to give me a card, but I asked why would I ever come back to this location??? It was beyond ridiculous. It was as the entire staff acted like if they didn't acknowledge the people in front of them, then they weren't actually there. And they literally never answered their phones the whole time either. So, if you dont want customers to come into your establishment, not a problem. We definitely won't ever come back. I was shocked that no one seemed to understand basic customer service, or even the most simple act of saying hello to your crowd of people instead of ignoring them. Obviously this is the norm for this location because every single person working there refused to act like anyone was in front of them....
Read moreThe experience at this store has gone down dramatically over the last few months. I used to order from this location all the time, and never had any issues. The last two time I ordered online, it's taken over 2 hours to get my order. Last night was it. I ordered around 6:20 pm, and it said 20-30 minute delivery time. I have the email receipt to prove it. The tracker showed it was finished with the "quality check" at 6:31 pm, so I figured it would be on it's way soon. An hour passed, and nothing. I tried calling the store, and after 15 minutes of waiting for an answer, I gave up. Another hour passed, still nothing. No text or email notifications to let me know it was coming. NOTHING. I tried calling one more time, hoping to cancel the order, or get some kind of answer. I waiting over 30 minutes for someone to pick up, and still nothing. How can you run a pizza business and not answer the phone. I guess they didn't want to hear people complaining. The delivery guy finally showed up at 10:00 pm (3 1/2 hour late). I felt bad for him, he said he was the only driver. What kind of manager does this. If you don't have drivers, don't take orders for delivery. If I had known when I ordered that it would take that long, I would have ordered it as a pickup instead. And this was already a free pizza from the last time they took forever to deliver. I just had to pay for some breadsticks, and the delivery charge. And what do they offer for my trouble? Just like before, I get the canned response: "That delivery was not what we hoped it would be. Included is an offer to make it up to you" Another free pizza, that I would probably have to wait another 3 1/2 hours to get. NO THANKS. Back to Jet's Pizza it is. Read moreI’ve placed many orders from this restaurant and normally I have great service and my drivers are always awesome. Unfortunately the order before this my very last order from this store. The employee Amanda and her manager decided to steal money from me. I placed an order online that was designated for delivery. It was well before the deadline. I was then called approximately 20 mins later and well after closing time for any other delivery place or carry out for that matter. I was told I needed to come pick my order up because they had no driver. Okay no problem. I had already paid online and just assumed my bill would be fixed since there was no longer a delivery fee or tip for the driver. Nope. I arrive at the store to see my normal delivery guy. He asks me what I’m doing there and I tell him they said they had no drivers. He was mad and informed me they told him they were making me come get it and keeping my large tip to my driver for themselves. It took me an hour and 45 mins to get my food. It’s been one week since I’ve ordered from there. Again tonight Amanda is preparing my food. It’s been 30 mins since I ordered and not a call to tell me they have a high volume of customers nothing. This happens every time I order with her. I figure since her manager is an accomplice to the theft of the tip from my driver that she won’t do anything about it either.
