I had the pleasure of celebrating my birthday at Sotovento in Isla Verde, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. From the moment we walked in, the ambiance was warm and welcoming, setting the perfect tone for a special evening.

The highlight, of course, was the food. As an Italian restaurant that makes their own pasta in-house, Sotovento absolutely delivers. The pasta was perfectly al dente—exactly how it should be—and every dish was bursting with the flavor of fresh, high-quality ingredients. You can truly taste the care that goes into each plate.

The cocktails were also impressive—beautifully crafted and well worth the wait. And the service? Top-notch. The staff was incredibly attentive, friendly, and made sure everything was just right throughout the night.
