Called ahead and ordered 5 dozen. Arrived and the order wasn't ready and staff couldn't locate my request. I pointed to a handwritten note by the register that had my name and the number 5 on it and said that looks like my order. Staff then told me I was limited to 3 dozen unless I preordered. I thought that's what I did when I called. Staff then asked to whom I spoke on the phone ... I had no clue but said the handwriting ought to be a clue and it ought not be hard to figure out with only about 5 staff members in the store. A staffer with a headset raised her hand and it was confirmed she didn't advise me of the 3 dozen limit. Meanwhile line is growing and a gentlemen three back raises his hand and says to staff he wants two dozen and to give them to me. Finally got my donuts after a 24 minute wait and was given a currency marker to sign my credit card receipt (they're used to verify that bills aren't counterfeit). I let staff know it wasn't legible on the receipt and was told it didn't matter and to just make any mark and be done with it. That's when the nice gentleman in line came forward and gave me a pen to sign and voila, I was now ready to head to the office. To apologize to those in line, I pulled out two twenties and announced that donuts and coffee were on me until the $40 was gone so be sure and pay the favor forward. I got in my car and drove off, but not before alerting my colleagues there would be a half hour delay in my arriving...
Read moreI am a huge fan of Dunkin Donuts! I love their coffee and my favorite donut (Boston Cream)is always a go-to whenever I stop! With that being said, this is not only the worst Dunkin Donuts I’ve ever been to, but the absolute worst donut shop period. It never fails, no matter what time of day I go, they never have basic popular Dunkin’ donuts. Like...why? And when you express your frustration with this the staff acts like they really couldn’t be bothered. It’s been my experience every. Single. Time. I have finally learned my lesson and will only frequent this location for a coffee, since there is really no point in going for their donuts (unless you like weird jelly flavors...). Another frustrating thing about this location is the fact that they close at 10 pm, but close off the tables around 8 pm. I have actually gone through the trouble of contacting corporate on behalf of this store, but have yet to hear a response from my complaints. I don’t know who manages this branch, but they really just should not...if you really want some Dunkin Donuts and you’re in the area, make the extra 10-15 minute trip to the location in Villa Rica. The service is top notch and no matter what time you go, they will always have the basics available, because they aren’t horrible with customer service and know people like...
Read moreI’ve come to this location a handful of times over the past couple years, hoping that the horrible service was just because of a few employees, but every single time I come here I’m nothing but disappointed. Last year I ordered an Iced Pumpkin Spice Latte. They asked if I want cream and sugar and I said “just cream.” So they took that as I wanted plain coffee with just cream and completely forgot to add the pumpkin syrup. When I went back inside, they said that I ordered exactly that and gave me attitude. Another time I went to the drive through to order one chocolate frosted donut and one strawberry frosted donut. The lady snapped and said they’re out. I said okay and asked about a Boston cream. She snapped back saying they were out of that too. I asked what they did have and she sighed and said “we have blueberry and glazed.” I asked if that was it and she snapped back with “did I say anything else?” I just drove away. Today I put in a mobile order for the Cupid’s Special donuts, a customized assortment of half a dozen, and a large decaf coffee. I went in and they didn’t have anything I ordered in the app. Then the Cupid donuts that I paid extra for didn’t have ANY filling whatsoever. I started drinking my coffee to find out it was caffeinated and the label says decaf. I’m...
