I placed a mobile order on 6/8/2024, picked it up in-store, and found that a Golden BBQ chicken sandwich was missing when I got home.
Today, 6/9/2024, I placed another mobile order. While picking it up, I asked to speak with a manager about the missing sandwich from yesterday. This is a common issue at this Popeyes location, but usually, it gets resolved without problems.
The manager on duty, Dana, asked if I had the paper receipt, which I did not. She said there was nothing she could do without it. I explained that Misty, a previous manager, had resolved a similar issue by checking the electronic receipt and providing a replacement sandwich. Dana responded rudely, saying she wasn't Misty and couldn't help without the receipt.
Our conversation became tense, and Dana ultimately threatened to call the police and have me removed from the store. While I did use strong language out of frustration, it was not severe enough to warrant such a reaction.
Dana's behavior was unacceptable. I paid for a sandwich I didn't receive and was essentially out $5. Her treatment of me was disrespectful, especially considering my frequent visits and polite handling of previous issues. Threatening to call the police over a simple complaint is atrocious...

There were no other people in the drive-thru or in the Dine-In area, I was the only customer there and they told me to pull up and I had to wait for my food not because they were cooking fresh food but because they went and opened the bag of food and removed my fries. When I got home the bag had a delivery sticker on it that had been ripped in half so somebody had my complete order in the bag and even put the delivery sticker on it and when they realized it wasn't delivery they opened the bag and took the fries out. I don't know what this owner(s) is doing but the owner(s) does not give a crap about either of these restaurants in Carrollton or Villa Rica. Please do not waste your hard earned money at either of these restaurants. Read moreThe inside was filthy. Every table I saw wasn't clean, and one of them was covered in trash. There were dirty boots and opened boxes. There were only two men in front of us in line, and despite that it took, and I'm not exaggerating, over 20 minutes between when we first stood in line and when we actually got our food. All we ordered were two chicken sandwich meals. Our fry containers were half filled; again, that no exaggeration. When they tried to hand me to the tray I pointed this out to them and they complained to me "We don't fill the fry containers all the way up."
Also, here's a little tip... In the state of Georgia, if a fast food restaurant's grade isn't a perfect 100 or at least very close (~97+) then it's probably disgustingly filthy in the back where you can't see. This place had an 84, which means you should run for your life! Considering how disgusting they left the inside, I can't imagine how repulsive the areas in the back are that...
