Panera Bread — Restaurant in Carson City

I ate here about two weeks ago. The location is so new it wasn’t on maps yet. Otherwise my review would have been sooner. We ordered our food and sat down to wait. The food seemed to be prepared timely, but the bread for the soup bowl was cold, which cooled the soup down considerably. My big problem here was service. When I asked one of the employees behind the pick up counter for some napkins because the dispenser there was out, he just told me to walk all the way back to the order side and get them there instead of giving me some and restocking the dispenser. The dining room was also pretty dirty. I hope this is just new location with new employees and growing pains. But I won’t be back...

I placed an order in drive thru. Very simple order 1 bacon and egg sandwich. 1 souffle and 2 iced coffees. It was $29.00 they had me park.... I waited and waited. When I finally got my order. There was the souffle on the bottom and a empty bag on top. I had to go in and tell them I got a souffle and an empty bag... they just laughed grabbed a bag and basically threw in it in my hand . Laughing. I got home to find a burnt souffle, and a egg an cheese cold with no bacon. I have never received such awful, and rude service with food to match!!! I live right by this location. I will never ever go here again. Worse...

Don’t be fooled by the lack of reviews, this location is not new. They removed their previous Google Maps profile because the reviews were atrocious. Multiple people claiming they were waiting in the drive thru for 30-60 min only to receive an incorrect or poorly made order. Multiple people claiming their dine in orders were poorly made. Don’t support this location until corporate can get their act together and make this a high quality Panera location like the one in Sacramento on Howe Ave I...
