It's very rare that I have a mediocre experience at a place but I did here. There was so much going on that it didn't occur to me that I hadn't taken any pictures.
We stopped in here after a car show and we weren't the first family to do so. It wasn't packed but it was busy (I don't think they knew about this event). The girl behind the counter was new-ish, but she handled the stress well. Besides her there was one other counter person, a manager I believe, who was training her while doing a load of other things.
My daughter was given the wrong topping on her dessert and I was given the wrong ice cream. We didn't ask for a correction because they were overwhelmed as it was. My teen's sandwich order was accidentally made twice, so he was happy.
The back/kitchen manager kept insisting that an ice cream order get made for a couple who'd been waiting an hour. They also had a problem with one computer so many other food orders didn't get sent to the kitchen and a lot of customers were upset with the wait time for that.
At one point my daughter was coughing because of her ice cream (dry throat from the sugar) and I got in line to ask for a cup for water but there wasn't anyone acknowledging the people there so I went to my car and brought my metal cup in (the customers in line still hadn't been helped) and used that at the fountain.
I guess I can't understand how they had 6 other people in the kitchen but none of them helping up front.
The ice cream consistency was smooth and the flavor was nice, and I'll give the brand another try someday, but I'm not in a hurry if that tells...

February 2025- nope nope nope! I was second in line at the market side, there were six people total in line. Totally ignored by the workers, told we would have to wait. They continue to serve people walking in the door, ice cream and take food orders. The only reason I stayed, the only reason I was there, was my daughter tried to buy milk earlier today and was told they were cash only. So she had to leave, I offered to swing by and get her milk. I do not recommend this store, it's been years since they have had decent service on food side or market side.
May 2024- We tried again, a person needs to be desperate to try eating here. Extremely long lines at the food register and the ice cream counter with NO ONE taking orders for long periods of time. Food took awhile but was accurate and good. After we ate and the line was gone, some of us decided to get some ice cream, after waiting for over five minutes they gave up and left. The workers standing just a few feet away were too busy stocking cups and cones. The wait at the checkout for grocery side is crazy as well.
February 2024- Bad experience thru the painfully slow drive thru. Produce has not been very fresh and check out is a long wait This store has serious issues in the evenings, probably won't try again...

drove 200 miles to Carthage got in late thought I would have a bowl of chili and hamburger. Figured I would go to Braum‘s went through the drive through had to wait quite a long time just to get my order in. After getting my order pulled up in the parking lot and found there is no spoon in my bag for the chili. Went inside told young lady at counter I did not get a spoon. Turns out she was not surprised said they had had them ordered for quite some time but had received any. she gave me a Sunday spoon not sure why they couldn’t have done that at the drive-through. After getting my spoon went back to the truck opened the chili to find there was no meat in it. so I went back inside and talk to the manager. Gosh he was certainly shocked to find out that no one had remembered to put meat in the chili. If you want to have some ice cream it may be a fine place to go but the burger was cold the chili was terrible and the service was lousy. All I wanted was a simple hamburger and a bowl of chili it’s not exactly a moon shot I’m puzzled as to why they just couldn’t pull it off.
