I wish I could give no stars!!!! This was the WORST experience we have ever been through! With my boyfriend being gluten free it takes a little extra work for his sandwich. We understand it takes time but we were there for almost an hour!!! Not only that we didn’t get given a receipt, so we had to go back to grab one. She called me names and shook her head the whole time and was so mean. I was trying to stay calm the whole time, but she made so remarks, that was out of line. They were all talking under their masks giving dirty looks. We were going to let it go but after being told to go to hell by the women on the line, I was fed up. The tall cook wasn’t kind either. I was so disappointed in all that happened. Coming from 8 hours away to stop for lunch on vacation, this is definitely not what you would expect. I u swear as the business they get during lunch and it’s the holidays, but wasn’t expecting to be disrespected. I am floored with this service. Disrespectful!!!!!!!!! They only person who was kind was Brian at the cashier! Im pretty sure the cook was issac but I could be wrong. Read moreDont ruin your Jersey Mike's experience here at this location!! Always have had good food and service until my visits here. I bought 2 combos which included chips and drink. After I walk out with my order I go back in to grab 2 drinks out of the cooler. The manager/owner (Joey) asks me if I've been helped (after greeting me 10 minutes earlier and watching me go thru the line)? I told him I was fine, then noticed him get up to look at the register to see if I paid for them. Noticing this, I go back in to show him my receipt that I had paid. He made a fuss about the bottle versus fountain drink, then had me return the drinks out of my vehicle. 1st time this has ever been an issue. Not my fault the staff was not trained properly to ring up the extra few cents. What a joke Joey. You need some managerial training sir. Over the few pennys you saved with your fountain drink stunt, you lost a loyal customer, not a drink theif. Oh, and the bread was stale when I got home to put the cherry on top of my sad visit at this store....
