So the food was great however som members of my family were able to get there coupons redeemed and others wer not and one family member even got the wrong thing they gave him a regular rally burger vs the chicken and big Buford.
now there not honoring the coupons at all I tried to go in and redeem mine just now and the manager said there machines arnt scanning. To me that's false advertisement and very poor service on the owners part not making sure all there machines are working properly before they open there restaurant.
My suggestion is to wait untill next week. The coupons are good untill the 5th so we have time but if there machines arnt working again I'd say 86 the rallys experience because you can go to the many other better burger places we have here in town like sonic.
And I'm not saying don't ever try them if you can afford it they do have reasonable prices and good food but not making sure you have all your machines running is poor management skills and shows that they only cared about the store opening and making money and not carrying that there customers wer able to be served what they want because they had no mango slices for the freezys as well and ice cream machine wasn't running either.
All and all I give it a 7 out of 10 because they were nice about it. But again it's just another burger joint at the end of the day and I'm sure there not going to hurt for business after my review I just thought the people should know before they try to use there coupon or order...
   Read moreI've been here twice now, first time was drive thru and this recent visit was dine in. Let's just say they clearly don't care about the service on the inside of the restaurant, food has been good both times but I don't know if I've ever experienced something like this.
I was dining with my parents and we had just about finished our food, we shared an XL fries and my mother wanted me to take the rest home and since they put them in a large cup I went to the counter to ask for a lid, now mind you the cups and lids are reachable for a customer to grab but I wouldn't just start taking things that are generally handed over to you by the employee at the register.
I called out and asked for a lid, all of the workers were talking including the manager, and after multiple attempts and getting louder with each call out they were still ignoring me and even my mother who ended up getting out of her seat to shout. Cooks/drive thru crew and the MANAGER all look directly at me at some point and then continued their conversation.
My mother and I both laughed as we agreed it's apparently self service and I reached over to get my lid, the girl who took our order finally comes to the front asking if we would like to order something..we said we got what we needed and headed out.
I'm generally the last person to give a s* about these things but this was almost surreal. Won't be in again but I'll hit the drive thru here and...
   Read moreWe go quite often, however the last time we went our chicken bites were terribly burnt. So this time we opted for the tenders. To start they didn't get our order right and didn't include the fries for the chicken we had asked for. 2nd the tenders were the smallest "tenders" ever. The size of a boneless wing at barros, for $6. Ph and they charge $.70 for sauce for said tenders. When I just kindly said this is no where near the expectations you as an establishment have set before and asked for a refund. Sadly I was met with nothing but harassment. The employee NOVIAH took my food and went through it all, touching it all, and said she would not refund me. So I then asked for it to be remade, 1. Because it was never up to standard but 2. Because now an employee has put their hands all through my food and she said verbatim "well you put your hands in here first" EXCUSE ME?! So now I have been denied a refund and the employee touched all over my food and expects me to take it back. She did nothing but laugh snarkily at me when I asked for an explanation as to how that is fair or makes any type of sense.
Please save your time and just go to in n out or whataburger their service is to bad to make up for when they make their food properly.
