Arby's — Restaurant in Cascade Charter Township

Dropped down to 1 star! Prime Rib Cheesesteak What a terrible sandwich! It had promise, a tasty roll, lots of peppers, and.. wait! Where's the meat? There was so little meat on this sandwich it didn't even cover the bread and the predominant taste was peppers since there were plenty of them but so little meat. $9 for this?? Good thing I ordered two because I was able to combine the meat from both of them onto one sandwich and that was barely enough!

2 months ago Another disappointing Arby's experience.

We ordered two of the Deluxe Wagyu Steakhouse Burgers and a Pecan Chicken Salad Sandwich. Burgers were ordered as doubles which costs more but they made them as singles.

Only reason I'm not rating them 1 Star is the Chicken Salad was good. Sadly, this is not the first, second, or even third time they've screwed up an order or cancelled one after an hour when it was supposed to be delivered in 15-25 minutes.

Yuck. Yuck and yuck. I stopped in it was nasty. Ketchup on the door window. Every table looked gross. Messes all over the floor. Bathroom was nasty. I personally had to clean the toilet seat before I even felt comfortable to sit down. Toilet paper everywhere. Everything was so dirty in the lobby I didn't feel comfortable eating there. So we went to the bathroom and left. The lady was standing at the counter....no line and not waiting on anyone she should have been out there trying to clean up that disgusting lobby. Even if there was a rush someone should have taken a few seconds to go out there and wipe tables down and pick up the floor. The floor was ridiculously sticky as well I thought my shoe was going to come off. I've worked in several restaurants. Sit down and fast food if our lobby ever looked like that a manager would have been written up for lack...

Went there today after not going for a while due to bad service before. Asked for extra Arby's sauce while ordering, was told to remind the lady at the pick up window. Asked again for extra extra packets, she handed me my bags with none in there and a wrong order. Went back inside and stood there for 11 minutes without anyone noticing me or responding back to me after calling for someone. Finally someone came out on her phone, asking what I needed. Told her I asked for Arby's sauce in the drive through like instructed and they gave me none and my order was wrong. Handed me two packets and walked away, called for her and said excuse me extra typically means several. Handed me a couple more and huffed off rolling her eyes. Second time going there in a couple months and both times terrible customer service. I can for sure say I will never...
