Made ONLINE order at 10:17 am gave them 23 minutes before arriving. When I arrive there is one curbside parking spot that is filled without a customer in it.
I follow instructions on placard and I place call #1 and select #2 for curbside. Employee answers and says “it’s ready and I say okay, and I explain I’m parked” near the spot because someone else is in it.
After 20 minutes, I place call#2, to ask about my order and she again says, “it’s ready”. I explain that I’ve been waiting 20 minutes and i reminded her that she said the same thing over 20 minutes ago and that I didn’t want the food if it’s cold. I waited for direction and she just hangs up on me.
I placed call #3 and after pressing #2, the phone is answered and then hung back up.
Next I place call #4 on speaker phone, park my car with my dogs in it and walk in the restaurant in my pajamas, then I press #2 again and no one answers this time and it rolls back to the beginning recording, the employee notices the call.
I explain the problem to employee, and she walks over to the counter and hands me my order. I told her I recognized her voice and she was the one that I had been speaking with and had hung up on me. I reminded her again that I’m not taking home cold food.
As any person can imagine, not only was it cold, but it was mushy with all the condensation for the last 20+ minutes. Employee says they will make it again, I say “no thank you” and request a refund. I realize where this could go with a complaint and having them make it again.
Employee gets Manager and manager comes to me and says that I should come right away after ordering and not wait so long. I have to then, inform her that it’s now been 25 minutes and I’ve been hung up on twice.
Manager get matter of factly and informs me that it will be 5 to 10 business days until I get a refund.
I explained to her that she /manager had to agree that this is very poor customer service. Manager/She declined to acknowledge, or give any apology for the FAILED and POOR customer service, turned her back and left.
I even gave a tip that they ask for when you order online. I will update and inform how long the process “really” takes.

When we were seated ordered 2 coffees and 2 waters, were only brought 1 coffee that was Luke warm and the cup was gross. Asked for a better cup and told server the coffee was burnt. Noticed that even before I said it he knew it was coming.. was already removing my cup from table. we ordered the Santa Fe skillet and the crape meal, he came back said it was in took 20 minutes for him to come back to the table. I asked for more coffee, he came back without coffee and informed us that our food would be out in 5 as he walked by. About 10 minutes later, comes to the table and tells us there are no crapes, as he tries to give my partner hash browns and bacon says he will discount the meal, or give us pancakes and such. My partner says not just bag the skillet meal bring her her coffee and take that back I really came here for just crapes. The server kept asking if we were sure and we explained that we have already waited 30 minutes can't wait longer have to get back to work. Still no coffee. THEN. The manager comes to the table sits next to me NO MASK and begins to explain that she thought there were crapes but there were not, I argue back saying that's fine but would have been nice to know when the order was placed or went through expo... She just kept blaming this woman had excuses for it being anyone else's fault THE FACT OF THE MATTER IS SOMEONE SHOULD HAVE SAID SOMETHING BEFORE WE SAT THERE FOR 30-45 MINUTES!!! also the skillet meal gave me food poisoning later that day. Read moreI know I made my order at 1 AM. Either way, that shouldn't reflect on the attention to detail. I originally was going to place my order over the phone, but the representative said that I would have to go into the restaurant and pay before they would even make my order because of the time and size of my order, so what's the point of phone orders? Grand Slam family pack, 8 extra sausage link, 4 extra toast, classic sampler, and milkshake pack of 2. So I decided to make the order online, especially since I had a 20% off coupon on my online account. First off, 8 eggs scrambled in this pack seems more like 5, I've ordered lumberjack slams in the past, and that had about half the eggs in this family slam pack. Everything else was fine with the food.... The main problem is that my order was officially paid online at 12:53 AM and the pickup time was 1:23 AM. I got there a little early, by 1:25 they brought out the order. No milkshakes... the server had to triple-check my receipt because I said I'm missing my milkshakes. Kind of like his first 2 looks didn't display the shakes. He walked away, I checked my food. Also was missing my side order of 8 extra sausage links. Eventually, when he came back up to the counter I told him and he said ok. I had to wait an additional 15 minutes on top of everything just to get what I ordered. Almost 1 hour from order and payment, to receiving all of my order. They weren't busy either, so that's not an excuse.
