Decent bagel for the price. My jaw hurt after trying to chew the “raw” bagel, usually I would expect it to either still be fresh/still warm or toasted to help with this. Otherwise, the bagel itself was a pretty good texture but unfortunately a sloppy presentation. The inside of my paper bag it came in was covered in cream cheese making my initial reaction “ugh” as my hand was immediately covered in it too. It additionally did have the taste of the savory, garlic bagels while it was supposed to be a sweet bagel, so that was off putting. Overall, the service & food wasn’t what I hoped for but I think they have the basics for a great place and hope they stick around!

Very nice to meet you at the dog park....Sometimes you just don't know people's situations or what they're going through. It's easier to give grace. After all, if your own a business you definitely want to connect with the community you serve. You didn't know the situation. I've heard of these things called leashes thank you for reminding me. I hope we can start over and have mutual respect. I do love bagels and Einstein's is near me. They don't seem to have great hours. You never know when you drive up if it's going to be open or closed.

Pretty epic spot with probably the best bagels around. The team is super nice, the food is fantastic, and there’s great coffee also right around the corner. What a great spot for meeting up with friends, holding a business meeting or even just going for a quick bite. Definitely recommend checking it out. If you’ve never been There before, it can be slightly confusing for a second but all you do is enter off of Perry Street and go down the stairs to the right.

If you’re from the East Coast and miss the taste of a real bagel, look no further than Bagel Cafe in Castle Rock. These bagels are the real deal — perfectly chewy on the inside with that crisp, golden exterior that only a true New York-style bagel delivers. From the first bite, you can tell they know what they’re doing. This isn’t just bread with a hole in it — it’s authentic, flavorful, and made with care.

The variety of cream cheese flavors is incredible. Whether you want classic plain, veggie, scallion, or something a little more adventurous, they’ve got it — and every one I’ve tried has been fresh, creamy, and absolutely delicious. Their sandwiches are fantastic too, piled high with quality ingredients.

On top of that, the service is impressively quick and friendly, even when they’re busy. The staff keeps the line moving without ever making you feel rushed. Bagel Café has become my go-to breakfast spot in Castle Rock. Highly recommend to anyone craving an authentic...

We visited Bagl and were excited for a east coast experience. Overall it was ok and I hope they improve.

The bagels did have that east coast / NYC taste and texture. However, if that's what they are going for the amount of cream cheese was extremely lacking.

When we got the bagels they were not toasted, and we were never even asked when ordering.

Next, the "cross contamination" was a real shame. The onion bagel with herb and garlic cream cheese was fine because it had such a strong flavor. However, the cinnamon bagel with blueberry cream cheese tasted like garlic. Also, there was cheese left behind from where the bagel was cut. This was most likely the result of not cleaning the knife used to cut the breakfast sandwiches.

We would like to visit again, but really hope they update some of...

Jersey boy here. Best bagel I’ve had in a long time. Closest thing you can get to an NY bagel outside of maybe one place in Denver but to me, bagels here are better and so close to home.

Friendly staff and lots of bagels to choose from. The sandwiches were very good as were the variety of schmears offered.

Only thing I would love to see is Taylor Ham for a real NJ pork roll egg and cheese on their everything bagel - which was absolute perfection even with just egg and cheese on it today. Prices were very reasonable as well.

I will be coming back here as often as I possibly can. I wish they were open at 6am so I could get a bagel on my way in to work but I guess I’ll have to go in late when I am craving...
