So disappointing. This place used to be great. The staff is still very friendly and get your order right. But the situation with the parking that you have to scan with your phone and the website fails to go through half the time, and then you finally enter a validation code and hope that goes through. It just takes WAY too long, and you shouldn't have to deal with this mess. But you have to go through with the parking validation QR code routine, or you will get ticketed automatically via a camera that doesn't care whether you saw the QR code or whether you actually were a customer, or whether your validation code didn't go through on the website. Other menu items weren’t sampled, but the matcha’s poor showing didn’t inspire confidence to explore...
