Food is always correct and hot!!! Great people at the store and the delivery drivers are always great and very friendly!!!
This followup is 7 months since my original review. Nothing has changed about the local management, drivers, food, etc. Great! Great! Great!
This is about the User Tracking when I enter my regular order on the website. Privacy is a serious issue. I tracked no less than 36 data mining tracking websites attached to the processing of my order tonight. How much money is Domino's making selling my data about not only what i eat but when, where, how, etc... I don't have many choices if I want to enjoy my regular Domino's.
Original review below: Things always change! First I want to say that the local Dominos always is perfect. The website however is always lacking. I spend around $250 a month here and you would think the website would be good. I always get timeouts and stalled webpages when I try to order. I tried to order and it failed with an error telling me to call my local. I tried but i got connected to a national call center. They were no help at all.
I called again and told them i needed special help and got connected to my local domino's. Lucky day. The manager was super helpful. He applied my national coupons to my oredr and everything was working out. I can't speak enough about my local people. They are amazing every time. Sp polite and professional. The order is always correct.
I wish that Domino's corporate would spend the money to support the website that I use every week to get my food. I would think I spend enough monthly to get attention. The website could operate properly if you have enough money in that department. You don't.
Enough said. Local Domino's people and managers... PERFECT!!! National Corporate Domino's... Needs help....

I called and asked about a specific coupon and the manager who picked up the phone said the offer I was asking about expired last week. No big deal. So then I asked if they had any specials going on (get a large pizza and cheesy bread for X, get two medium 2 topping pizzas for X, etc.) and the guy said no. So I went online, found coupons, and I was frustrated.
I was even more frustrated with Domino's mobile app and found the whole thing extremely counter intuitive. Once I was able to place my order -- with my coupon -- it asked if I was satisfied with my experience and I listed one star. However, before I could finish submitting my review to complain about their app, my wife had already left to pick up the pizza.
What upset me most was the guy that I talked to on the phone confronted my wife in person at the store. She was forced to explain herself and had to tell them I was upset over a coupon -- which was partially true but not the entire reason for a 1 star review. I can't believe they would do this.
We will NEVER be going back to this store and none of our friends...

The not so good: 1.Online ordering problem-- For some reason, I was not offered the option for home delivery and only offered pickup service during the online ordering process.During my pick up process it was obvious that delivery service is available as many delivery cars came and went while I was parked storefront. I live within a 5 mile radius.
2.Incorrect Order/Rude Management/Poor Customer Service-- After delivery of my order to my car I realized part of my order was missing. After waiting a few minutes and failing to catch the attention of someone that worked at Domino's I went to the front entrance to get the remaining part of my order. Without even inquiring why I was there, I was rudely and abruptly told I was not allowed to be there and to leave and to call them. I was ushered (almost pushed) out...
