Update:
appreciate you condemning the behavior that came from some people inside your restaurant during the Douglas County Parade in the first several sentences of your reply.
You then went on to question the validity of what I wrote and say that I made false accusations on a public forum, which makes your opening sentences feel a bit disingenuous to me.
Granelli’s support of the PRIDE Prom and employment of members of the LGBTQ community is admirable, but it also does not mean that what happened last Saturday is untrue and was not worthy of being called out. Thank you.

I participated in the Douglas County Parade this past weekend, and I was walking with the Democratic candidates, some of whom were carrying Pride flags to signify our recognition and inclusion to the LGBTQ community. When we passed Granelli’s Pizzeria, the people inside loudly booed our group and several shouted out insults like “F*gs aren’t welcome here!”
Because the parade took place before their regular business hours, I’m not sure if Granelli’s was open early or if it was a private gathering of employees, but it clearly reflected on the business and illustrated that anyone in the LGBTQ community was not welcome there.
I am an LGBTQ ally, and although I have eaten at Granelli’s a handful of times and enjoyed their food, I will not patronize them again and encourage anyone else who agrees that this behavior is despicable and unacceptable in our community to do the same until a formal apology is issued publicly.
There were families with children who witnessed this blatant incivility, and Granneli’s Pizzeria has an opportunity to do the right thing and publicly condemn this behavior and apologize to...

Honestly and sadly, we will never ever ever go back to Granelli's Pizzeria.
Since the new owners have taken over we've had nothing but poor experiences. It's be a few years now and we keep giving them a shot and are continually disappointed with the service.
Me and my family have been going there for decades now. We used to eat in, take out, and have Granelli's delivered at least 1x to 2x a week, if not more. My wife used to get mad about how I could eat it 3x a day 7x days a week. Ever since the new ownership has taken over we've had nothing but issues. It got so bad we didn't go back for almost an entire year.
We'd have to call 3, 4, or 5 times, we wouldn't get put on hold but rather got hung up on. They would say the food will be ready in X amount of time, it's always another 20-30 minutes longer than they say. We've had the wrong food delivered numerous times. We've had the usual long delays, then the food comes out soft and greasy.
Tonight I was hesitant, but I called anyway. They said 30 minutes, I arrived 40 minutes later, they said it's almost done give us 3 minutes. I waited 15 minutes before checking in, they said there was a mix up and it was in the oven. I waited another 15 minutes, it's now been 1 hr 10 min since I ordered and 30 minutes of waiting, and they said were finding your order. I waited another 12 minutes and was about to go ask for a refund when they said we are cutting it now. I got home and it was clearly rushed because poor topping, it was super soft and greasy, and it was barely...
Read moreMoved to this area 2 months ago, ordered a little over $250.00 in pizzas from here, delivery twice. I have told everyone I know how tasty there pizza is... I ordered a delivery Feb 4, 2014 at 8:17pm. Pizza was delivered at 8:40pm. My daughter, a District mgr. and the VP of operations of a national food chain arrived at my place just a little after 9pm. I had been carrying on about how good your pizza was but to our surprise, the pizza crust seemed slightly doughy... this was the first pizza I ever ordered that was sub-par. I called the next day and explained the situation and the mgr. did tell me that she would pass the info on to the owner, and would have him call me. (her words) Today I call her back and she informed me that the owner said I should have called back that night (even though your store was now closed) and he said there was nothing he could do about it. Now... as a business owner if I ever had someone with a complaint, I would take the time to call them because their business means a lot to me. I can say I find it sad that you would be so arrogant as to blow someone off that orders on a regular base. I was not looking for a handout, I was looking to receive a quality pizza for the top dollar I paid for that pizza. Obviously you do not care if you lose my business, which could have been avoided. You do have a really good pizza, just poor customer service. You are teaching your employees how to lose...
