January 2024: Moving to 1 star. Should be zero stars. I've given up. Rude employees. Nothing made right. Endless excuses of they'll get this fixed. It's been three months of problems. I would have been a weekly customer but now I'm not a customer. Done with wasting money here. It's clear the management doesn't care. So now I don't care to give you my money. Bye.
December 2023: This place made a drastic decline in less than two months of being open. I'm getting wrong orders a lot, and/or sandwiches with hardly any meat. The sandwich attached basically doesn't even have meat on the other half of it. It was on the other side. So it was a mushroom sandwich and not a French dip on one side. I'm not sure how they can't put the toppings on our online orders. I can see it was on the ticket. Disappointed for 7" sandwiches that leaves you hungry for almost $13. Not to mention I have to clean my own table almost everytime I am here. This place is dirty. I'd hate to see the bathroom.
November 2023: So far so good! We have been three times already and got several different sandwiches and all have been perfectly made with not too much or not too little of anything. I do wish their 7" was an 8" sandwich. I always feel like I could use just a tab bit more but then the 13" is too big lol. I suppose I could double my toppings but still.
We did get a brownie from here that was more like cake and didn't have much flavor. Didn't look like they made it in house though.
The service is great but still a little slow but they have been slammed. Hopefully it speeds up a bit as they work out training. I think for that and toasted sandwiches you have to expect a bit more of a delay that others have written about.
The location is pretty big which is good, because there hasn't been much seating lately with everyone checking it out. Hoping this location keeps the good quality and good employees I've experienced so far. Going to go late tonight to see how the...
Read moreCan't rate the food...never got that far. I had never been to a Snarf's. We live in Castle Rock. After 9-miles of hiking on Monday morning, we decided to try our local Snarf's. We were immediately met with what appeared to be frustration that we were there from the young person running the register. Again, I have never been to a Snarf's before, so I am unfamiliar with how they do their ordering in comparison to other sandwich shops. The young person behind the register had no patience for me. After a rude response to me not understanding what he had asked me, I told my wife that we were done. We walked out. I did call and speak to the Manager and was told it would be addressed. However, this was literally my first experience ever with Snarf's. It will be my last. There are a lot of places to eat in Castle Rock and I'm not inclined to give my business to one that didn't seem to be interested. Read moreThe sandwiches are great! The service is absolutely the worst you could get. The people are friendly and polite but the sandwiches ALWAYS come wrong!!! I have gone 6 times and 4 out of 6 sandwiches were wrong. Last time they gave me someone else’s sandwich but called my name. Every other time they give something on the sandwich that they shouldn’t. Their excuse is always the same too. “Well we are new and we have kids working for us that are unexperienced and often it’s their first job.” I have 2 businesses and have been a business owner for 32 years. If we get incompetent people we give them 3 chances and then we do them a favor and fire them. Hopefully they figure it out and get better for their next job. I usually get my stuff take out.
