Ordered a pizza at 11 am and was given an estimate delivery time of 20-30 min. Viewed the tracking app and my pizza was sent out for delivery at 11:35. I live literally right behind the dominos but since I did not have a car with me at the moment I opted for delivery. At 11:55 I called to check if the address had any issues and the woman on the phone stated no the driver just got in at 11 and I should receive it in a couple minutes. After waiting ten More minutes I called and canceled my order and the woman stated she will refund my money and to just keep my order. When the delivery guy FINALLY showed up at 12:20 I informed him I would not sign for the pizza as I canceled the order and the woman over the phone stated to just keep the pizza. He chuckled and said okay and walked away with the order... Honestly, I canceled the order and didn’t expect free food, yet understood the woman over the phone as some sort of appology for the inconvenience. But the added laugh in the face from the delivery driver on top of my hangry frustration was just the cherry on top to make me no longer use Dominos.

However, when I arrived to pick up the order there was confusion as to the order. The young lady at the register asked my info ...name order etc. She then said it was going to be 5 more minutes. I said ok amd waited the 5. The young lady then asked my info again with a very confused look on her face. Well I gave her my order yet another time only to get an even more confused look. After a lot of scrambling around and asking all the other people about my order and where it was the young lady looked at me with a distant look and said well we dont have your order sir but I can take it now and it will be ready in about 20 min. The whole reason of calling ahead was to save time we ...my family needed to be some where and thought we would save time by calling ahead then pick up our order on the way to where we needed to be. This did not happen. Not only did we not get an apology or can we make it up to you response no no quit the opposite. Read moreOrdered car side. When we arrived it said our order was complete. We checked in on the app and waited.This was our first time doing car side so we didn’t know how long the wait would be. After ten minutes we called the store to confirm we were in the right spot. The man on the phone confirmed he could see our vehicle and double checked the make and color with my husband as well as saying the pizza was done and would be right out. We waited 10 more minutes and finally decided to go in. After talking to a lady she seemed a little agitated and immediately asked if we had checked in when we arrived. After we showed her confirmation of us check in and we told her we waited for 20 minutes her attitude immediately changed and she found our pizzas in the bottom shelf and then told us to have a good one. As we were walking out the door we heard her yell out to the staff that they had a curbside slip through and need to pay attention to the monitor. Wasn’t the worst experience but definitely annoying knowing our pizza had been sitting there for 20 minutes and we didn’t even get an apology for the inconvenience. Also, the door is so squeaky.
