Unfortunately, my experience was subpar, as I and really sucks and the drink taste steel and and not bland it was not greeted or asked how I could be assisted, and the staff were preoccupied with discussing Spanish phrases and making plans to leave early. I've been unable to fully enjoy myself, mainly due to the inadequate handling and nonsense that accompanies moving forward, and I'm hesitant to spend my time or have you spend yours on establishments that exhibit such behavior, especially when it involves treating employees poorly, ignoring their legal rights, and creating division among people. It's disappointing that the auto industry is known for treating people this way, perpetuating a cycle of ignorance and prejudice. The worst Taco bell in San Antonio TX. After waiting in a long line, my husband was handed his order and when he double checked it told her at the window that it was missing a crunchy taco and a bean burrito. The lady took it back to who was filling the order and asked them if it was correct, and they said it was. He said I better not have to come inside. He drove around, checked again and it was wrong. He took the order inside and told them the same thing. They made him what he was missing, and he came home. He ordered the chicken cantina cravings box. When he was taking everything out of the bag for his stuff, all he had was chips and cheese and a chicken burrito. Upon opening the burrito, it was a regular bean and cheese. He did not get is quesadilla and all the other stuff that was to come in the box. Food is not cheap these days and they are paid enough that it should not be difficult to get the order correct. I tried to call them and kept getting hung up on. Definitely need some work at this franchise. I and never gave an option, fabricated evidence galishting emboldened on them/there specifically an immediate one."This means that no choice was offered, especially not one that could be acted upon quickly. If you have anothe meaning in mind, please provide more context so I can assist you better. Focus on process over results: They get caught up in following procedures and meeting deadlines, even if it means sacrificing quality or innovation. I commenced by assigning a zero-star rating, which was subsequently downgraded upon further consideration. The drive-through relocation was a notable development, albeit offset by the considerable 40-minute wait inside. It would appear, however, that efforts were made to rectify their services, conceivably under novel stewardship, as my latest experience proved laudable. The order was executed flawlessly, the timing was superb, and the service was exceptional. With zero accountability effort nothing.and with no illegal rights,Merry Christmas, nottttttt happy holidays. It's our country, therefore,,,,,,,, Merry Christmas. AlwaysJust went in the drive thru at Taco Bell and I gave the lady my $50. She grabs the money and lays it on the counter and takes the marker and marks it to see if the money is real or fake.... She promptly hands it back to me and says “Sir I cannot accept this money it is counterfeit, you see the dark line that means it counterfeit!” So I tell her wow this money is straight from the bank and she hands it back to me so I hand her another $50 bill she lays it on the counter marks it. Yep this one is counterfeit too. So I’m like WOW!!! Both of my $50’s are fake!?!!!? So then at this point I had one important question... Lady are you using a sharpie!?!? She takes a...
Read moreWe placed our order 09/04/20230,5:24pm, via GrubHub
The order was originally supposed to be delivered between 6:00pm and 6:10pm.
On the tracking portion of the order, there was a notification (in red character's), that said there was a delay, the order would now be delivered delivered between 6:20pm and 6:30pm.
At 6:21pm, I go to the door, the food is there. I take it to the kitchen, open the bag; the food is BARELY warm!
I review my doorbell camera, the driver delivered the food @ 6:08pm...did not ring the bell, nor text me (delivery instructions stated to text me). He appeared to be moving in a way that he didn't want to be detected...deliberately slow!
I consider this a lesson learned the hard way!!
The convenience of food delivery seen in your ads by your service, is far from being worth it!!
I hope the driver enjoys the unearned tip I added!!
As much as I/we love to order out, this should have been a gain for your service!!
I will never ever use your service again!!!!!
As for the Taco Bell food: it was overly salty, dry and tasted old. In my (steak) chalupas, I asked/paid for extra meat...instead, the 5 beef tacos I ordered had the extra meat, and the chalupas loomed like they were dieting...super disappointing, after spending nearly $70.00, to include delivery fee and tip.
Just like for grubhub, this should have been a win for the taco bell at this location, since we like to order out frequently...but this location will never see another dime of mine!
I will go out of my way to avoid this particular taco bell location, now and...
Read moreThis Taco Bell, over the past 12 months, has slowly descended into awfullness.
It's unfortunate, because I'm a fan - I like a lot of Taco Bell's menu items - it's a go-to when I want a cheat meal.
But because of chronic understaffing, a highly inconsistent quality control, and cheese cups that are barely filled halfway (if you're lucky), I can sadly say it's flat out not worth the money. I could go on and on, but it's mostly the same story about all their products now.
I also have to say I waited until I had several very negative consecutive experiences with their food and service before posting this review. I actually dislike posting negative reviews, and I try to give restaurants the benefit of the doubt, and chalk up a bad experience to them just having "a bad night."
But when it's gotten worse every time I've ordered food from this location, it was just a matter of time before it became an obligation to tell others about it.
I will be happy if I try this location again in a few months, and it's improving.
I don't need to show you photos of what a Taco Bell looks like, or what their food looks like, but I will post one photo of the hilariously-empty cheese cup.
P.S. Why do "small" and "large" size Nacho Fries get the SAME SIZE cheese sauce? Expect half-filled,...
