There was a young light skin tall worker, who spoke no English, thank God yhe other coworker was bilingual. I asked the other coworker next to him and gave her my order. She translated the information, first time I've ever experienced it. I guess he didn't like that she had to take my order. He disappeared with my banana split to the back. I'm not sure why he did that when all ingredients should be in the front. But when I took a taste of my vanilla ice cream, it taste alittle weird. But the only thing I can think of is that he is mishandling my food. Beware of this place. This is my 2nd time going to this place. The first time, workers were rude, terrible customer service during the summer time. I will not give it another try. I only speak truth. I will not go back. Just a heads up the lemonade was good enough, the corn in a cup was good. Smells clean, seats had crumbsand take had used napkins on the table. It's sad because employees can destroy business...

Well, I doubt weāll ever go back. Tables were sticky, trash was full and it was very hot in there. There were only 2 people working and both seemed very overwhelmed. By the way the man walked in with a group of people, I can only assume he was the owner. He proceeds to go behind the counter and only serve those in his group while a line of us were still waiting for over 20 mins. My children were really set on getting a paleta from there which is the only reason we stayed. The group he came with had children who were visibly sick, coughing and dripping colored mucus from their nose. Running around the entire store knocking peopleās chairs. Today though the Manager wasnāt having a very good day. She was slamming doors and had a very mean not friendly or approachable demeanor. She even decided to reprimand a young girl out in the open where other customers could see and hear. As a manager you are taught to put your personal feelings aside and never degrade or embarrass a fellow coworker. I had to get her name before I left. Olivia needs manager etiquette training and she needs to smile when taking orders she looks mad and mean.
