Wendy's — Restaurant in Cave City

Posted by Albert's wife, Barbara Haynes: 1st time to this part of ky I drive up from Georgia to meet my husband who had just ended work w the power company for the day. 14 hrs , & like me both him and his coworker were starving! Checking Google there was our wish! WENDYS!! I'm not good at tech stuff and couldn't make an online order so I call the Wendy's and with a big happy voice Braydon greets me, I explain our dilemma and BRAYDON THE MANAGER was so calm and self assuring to help us 3 starving folks out. He took our order over the phone repeated it back to me and my tummy was taking over grabbing keys and money we got the pavement! I didn't know where I was going I only knew I couldn't wait to get to Wendy's on sanders Rd in cave city ky and connect with BRAYDON. my good fortune was smiling as I pulled into the clean looking parking lot around to the speaker and announced I had a call in order. The sweet lady instructed me to pull on around and finally!! BRAYDON came to window greeted me , repeated my order and BAM!! just like that I had a drink carrier with exactly what I asked for, 1 bag of delicious Wendy's burgers, and a 2nd bag held our baconator fries! I thanked BRAYDON I was so happy to meet this patient knowledgeable professional person who understood my blabbering issues and went to his work. While I sat briefly at the puck up window I noticed how the employees worked together communicating efficiently and swiftly. Very friendly faces all professional in their duties. I got a #1 combo my hubby got a #2 and so did his friend. Let me tell you thise burgers was the best food I had ever ate! We used almost a half roll of paper towels we was eating so fast , dunking cheese fries in ketchup the drinks were cold the baconator fries were most delicious and omg! The burgers had just the right condiments and bum to meat ratio was perfect! The onions were sliced perfect to match the tomato and your mouth busted with flavor! Thank you BRAYDON! Stopped in today with 2 of my friends for some lunch and I have to say it was not a positive experience.. long wait to order and when we did finally get out food the order was wrong. When I went back to the counter to inquire about my food being wrong the manager working was very rude and very dismissive.. as a manager myself customer service should be there number one priority but today it was very much lacking.. they were parking about every other car the guy running food out dropped two bags outside the door he picked them up and proceeded to continue to deliver the food.. not cool . The staff all seem like they did not want to be there.. mind you it was around 11:30 or so and the lobby trash was full there was no condiments the floor in front of the register was very sticky your feet stuck when you tried to come on Wendy's you've got to...

On May 31, 2025, I did an online order at Wendy's Restaurant in Cave City, KY at 2:24 pm the money was deducted from my account but when my fiancee and I got to the restaurant. We were told I didn't have an order so I reordered the items and was again charged a second time and we went to pick the second order up the employee running the cash register tried to say Again I didn't have an order but she pushed a button on the register and my receipt popped out with the items listed. I dispute the first order with my card and I called Wendy's in Cave City to let them know that I disturbed the first order and that I had proof it was taken off my card along with the second order. I'm so glad and happy that Wendy's Restaurant did refund the money back on my card. Thank you so much. I really appreciate you resolving this...
