If you’re looking for a breakfast spot that will completely redefine your expectations, this is it. From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere is warm and inviting, setting the stage for an unforgettable meal. But let’s talk about the real star here—the food.
Every single dish was a masterpiece. The Pork Tamale Benedict was the perfect blend of rich, savory flavors with just the right amount of spice, while the Flannel Hash (vegan) was so hearty and satisfying that even the most devoted meat lovers wouldn’t miss a thing. The Breakfast Enchiladas? Absolute game-changers. Every bite was packed with bold, complex flavors that left me wondering why all enchiladas aren’t breakfast enchiladas.
And let’s not forget the drinks. The Bloody Mary was flawlessly balanced—spicy, tangy, and everything you want to kick off your brunch. The Carefree Coffee was smooth, comforting, and the perfect pairing to the meal.
To top it all off, the Bananas Foster was a showstopper. Perfectly caramelized, with just the right amount of sweetness, it was the kind of dessert you don’t just eat—you experience.
On top of it all, Sharon, she gave the best service and pointed us in the right direction with great recommendations. Everything from the plating to the bold, creative flavors was impeccable. If you love breakfast (or honestly, just food in general), do yourself a favor and make a reservation ASAP. You’ll be thinking about this meal long after...
Read moreWOW. This place is a TEN. The kind of place if you visit from out of town you will forever think back to that place in cave creek that you’ll forever crave. We came here for brunch. The staff was super enthusiastic and excited about the food and menu which is a great experience to encounter when trying new food. The location is easy to find. The parking is somewhat ok- I have a big truck so I needed to park in a different lot and pray I didn’t get towed. Thankfully I didn’t. There was tables when we arrived- no wait. We came on a Monday around 10 am. We didn’t get a chance to try the made to order donut of the day but a customer whispered to me I should try it before she left. I got the tamale pork Benny & my partner got the enchiladas. They were both amazing. Bursting with flavour and mouth feels. So much going on in each bite but absolutely delicious. The Benny isn’t overly spicy. The enchiladas were spicy but manageable. They’re crispy and so delicious. I got a “side” lemon blueberry pancake to try and it was HUGE. More of a dish in its own right. It was tasty too- the lemon sauce over top was the perfect addition. We rolled out of there and don’t need to eat for another three weeks. I’m just sad we’re not from the area to try the rest of the menu. We watched others be surprised and enjoy their meals too. HIGHLY...
Read moreI am glad to see a new brunch establishment in town. We arrived at 9:15 am Sunday morning and the restaurant was full and it was to breezy to sit outside. We didn't have to wait very long to get seated. Maybe 5 minutes. By the time we left, around 11am, the place was packed and the wait was at least 30 minutes. We ordered chicken and waffles. Overall it was a good cohesive dish. The buttermilk chicken was crunchy and flavorful, but rhe waffle was a tad overdone. The waitress had brought me coffee early on and I was never asked if I wanted a refill. I also could have used more syrup. We also ordered the blueberry lemon pancake with granola. Good size cakes and I enjoyed the lemon curd on top. The flavors are spot on, but the pancakes are a bit dense. I like the granola, it was an added texture and added a crunch. The ice tea I ordered was very good. It had a bit of a passion fruit flavor. I had to wave fown the waitressfor a refil. Chicken fried steak was very good. It tasted very fresh and the sage gravy was savory. I had ordered a bloody Mary, it was good, but was not asked if I wanted another cocktail. Overall we enjoyed our meal. The sandwiches and burgers look good. Looking forward to coming...
