Great Harvest Bread Co. — Restaurant in Cedar City

I ordered online and sent a young lady to pick up my order while visiting her in Cedar city. When the young lady arrived she was informed my order had not been made due to the fact they are not informed when online orders have gone through. So when it said my order would be ready at 8:06am it was a complete lie!!! Because It could’ve not been the truth because they never knew the order had gone through until after she arrived and had been waiting about five minutes before someone asked if she had been helped. At that point she was informed that they are not notified about online ordering. To top it off my order was made wrong I was charge for items I did not receive and when I called back and asked to talk to a manager but one was not available and I left a message with my phone number and asked for her to call me back and have yet to receive the phone call. I have left other reviews asking the district manager or area manager to reach out to me and have left my phone number but yet to receive a call from...

I'm a college student, and understandably money is tight and I don't have a lot of time to go out and get something nice to eat. My mom sent me a 15$ gift voucher through this store's website, and I was so excited to go in and get a loaf of pumpkin chocolate chip bread. Once I got to the counter and pulled up the voucher, they told me that they couldn't accept it. I asked why, and they didn't give a clear explanation, only stuff along the lines of, "Our system doesn't accept those." Okay? Why are you allowing people to pay for gift vouchers on your website through your store if you're not going to accept them? Needless to say, if you want to give something from the store to someone, best buy it yourself rather than waste your money a gift...

The menu and quality of bread varies slightly by location. While this location has all the Great Harvest ingredients, the bakers aren’t as high quality at this location. They are perhaps over mixing or skipping crucial baking steps? Some baked goods are bitter, dry, and look spread. Some are pretty decent. I’ve just tasted the same ingredients baked better. The soups, sandwiches, and salads are pretty good, but limited. Some soups are mostly broth, some are delicious. A new menu listing the components of sandwiches and salads would be helpful so the employees don’t have to rattle them off every time. I can tell they’ve done...
