I ordered a sub at 11:28 to work which is about .25 miles from the store. 12:30 comes around and NO sub, so I give them a call. When I finally spoke to someone she was very rude. She told me that my sub had been delivered and it was at the front desk up stairs. I politely told her that I am the front desk person and we only have one floor. She again was very rude told me to check up stairs again. I then asked to speak to a manager. She tells me to hold on, 2 minutes later she gets back on the phone and says "he is busy and won't talk to you". Still have no food at this point. I then say "That's what the manager is there to do, isn't it"? She then proceeds to tell me that they have over 100 orders and they are super busy so they don't have time to deal with me! I was PIS**D. I asked for her Managers name (Joel) and politely told her I would call corporate. I literally normally NEVER complain about things like this, but this was just absurd.    Read moreI have had multiple issues with delivery from this location. Example - I order for delivery, an it took 83 minutes to get here. Freaky Fast? Change your slogan if you canât live up to it. On top of that, the driver put my order on the front steps tucked in the corner, right below a sign that says âDO NOT LEAVE ON STEPS, I CANNOT EXIT THE BUILDING IF YOU DO THISâ. I specified to leave it on my porch and to call upon arrival. Well, I never got a call nor did they leave it on the porch. Oh! And letâs talk about missing items! How do you remember to include the straw but forget to include the drink? Really, how does one forget? Iâve had issues with this location so often, simple issues, like not following instructions, missing items, simple simple simple stuff.    Read moreUp until the last month I would have given the Jimmy John's on Edgewood 5 stars. Unfortunately my last few experiences have been disappointing. Delivery a few weeks ago took over an hour and they forgot one sandwich and the chips. No biggie, it happens. Today I put in online order an hour before I pick up. Got to the store and waited 20 mins past pick up time. In that 20 mins I had to repeat my order several times to several people. I asked specifically if one sandwich had no onions as I ordered, was assured that it was. Got home, all sandwiches had onions, chips missing, 7grain bread was burnt. They comped us some cookies which was nice but two bad visits in a row makes me wonder if this location is...
