I have visited this restaurant a while ago and was a little weary, but today was horrible. I decided to order king crab legs, so I didnāt have to fight with the smaller snow crab. Thatās where I made my mistake⦠when the crab legs came out and I started to eat them I could tell they were old, and so soft I couldnāt crack the shells. I thought maybe I was being too picky, but once I got a large piece of crab meat out and took one bite, I was disgusted.i put everything in the bucket and asked the waitress ⦠who was great:) ⦠if I could switch to snow crabs because the king crabs didnāt taste good.. and we talking about a 62$ combo. Soon a Korean gentleman came over and asked me what was wrong? I told him the legs were old, then a lady approached me and asked me again, I told her and she proceeded to dig through my trash bucket and tell me I had already started to eat it so there was nothing she could do for me. How was I was supposed to know if they were ok if I didnāt taste them! I was so disgusted! The waitress apologized because she understood what I was saying.. because I assumed many people donāt order the king legs because they are so expensive so thatās probably why they were old⦠from sitting in the back. So if you go be aware! They will take your money and donāt really care about quality. They will serve you trash and not try to accommodate you in any way shape or form! Not even a discount of some sort⦠this rating would be lower, but the waitress...

I got down the street, and opened the oyster basket to try some. The fries were EXTREMELY greasy, and the oysters were pretty much none existent. I tried one of them, and it was nothing but crust, and decided to give one more a chance, and it was nothing but crust as well. I called back just to let them know, bcs I wasn't worried about returning them. The lady at the window told me to come back, and she would replace them... Ok cool! Before I hung up she told me to bring them back with me, and I obliged, though I thought that was a bit unsanitary with COVID-19 on the rise. I took them back, and she looked at them and said (you ate one), and walked away. She came back with the fresh box, and showed them to me, I responded with ok thankyou, though I was a bit ticked from her previous remark. As I took them she said, ALL OF OUR FOOD IS FRESH, AND THE OTHER ONES WERE FRESH AS WELL!... I was VERY heated by then, but I maintained my composure, and told her that she's VERY rude, and that's not the way you speak to paying customers. The guy behind me waiting, told her she was RUDE as well... I WILL NEVER PATRONIZE their establishment again! BTW my Cajun wings were greasy as well, but I didn't even complain about them. I used a napkin to get some of the grease...

I ordered the S1 with Tasty Mild seasoning, a dish I have enjoyed many times before. However, this time, my food arrived cold and unseasoned, which was quite shocking. I brought this to the attention of the young waiter, who offered an excuse and mentioned an additional fee for seasoning, which made no sense to me. I even suggested he try the food to understand my concern. I simply wanted my meal to be seasoned and warm, but my request was ignored.
In an attempt to resolve the issue, I sought assistance from a lady who spoke English. She apologized on behalf of the waiter, who did not speak English, but I mentioned that I could have used Google Translate if necessary. Unfortunately, the waiter chose to be dismissive rather than helpful.
This experience was truly disappointing, both in terms of the service and the quality of the food. Itās unfortunate that this will be my last visit to Tasty Crab, as I had previously enjoyed their offerings. I hope they take this feedback seriously and improve their service for...
