I have been to this particular McDonald's a few times since it is so close to my house, but it will not happen again. My family and I were running late to a wedding 4 hours away, so we decided to hit our local McDonald's for brunch before leaving. To start, we go through the drive-through and order about 21 dollars of food for our party of 5. I had a digital coupon for buy one get one breakfast sandwich free as well. We get to the first window, and when I attempted to hand them my phone to scan, the rude employee told me, "ugh, our scanner is broken, so we can't take that." It was only a $3.59 dollar sandwich, but they could have at least offered to comp the sandwich, but no. We then wait 5 minutes to get our food finally. We received our bag and a happy meal and started driving off. After looking inside, I can quickly see they gave us the completely wrong order. Fortunately, my daughter's happy meal was there, though. We go inside, and the cashier calls her manager over to look at it. She quickly took my receipt, punched in all the items, and gave me a copy of the new receipt, which showed all the food. I began to wait again for our food⌠While I was waiting, I looked over my new receipt and noticed that it was missing to other sandwiches, chicken nuggets, and a large fryâŚ. I bring it up to the manager to show her, and she again very quickly rings up the order. I continue to wait and notice that we still did not have the fries on the order. Time number 3 of the manger doing it, she got it rightâŚ. I was mostly disappointed by the quality of the management there. Instead of her actually helping, she was yelling at her staff. I do not mean raising her tone; I mean, like Chief Ramsey; she stated, âguys, you gotta hurry up! This order (referring to my order) has already been messed up 4 times, and they have been waiting for 600 seconds!â She was then in such a hurry bagging up the food; she put wrong items in itâŚ.
It was not her staffâs fault. The order was messed up three times, it was her fault, but she yelled at her staff. Instead of helping with the order, she stood their barking orders at them, but she is no Chief Ramsey. Finally, after getting my food (this took 20 minutes), we left. We got on the freeway because we were running super late at this time, and my wife handed out the food. Well, my daughter gets her happy meal, which we thought they actually got rightâŚ.. Well, they proved us wrong. We asked for a hamburger with no pickles or onions. I bet you could guess that the burger had both pickles and onions. Literally, not one thing was done correctlyâŚ. Beyond the worst service, I ever had. The manager was beyond awful and should not be in charge of anyone. People do not deserve to be talked to like that.

I asked for a packet of mayonnaiyes and they wanted to charge me five cents for extra mayo when my sandwich didnt come with it in the first place, when i've been getting it for free for a long time. And I should have gotten some Change back but I gave it to the girl and told her to keep the change.Now If they were paying attention.They would Probably said go ahead and keep it. OK, so I just now went through McDonald's.And they gave me a coffee with the lid Open/off.And I just spilled it all over myself and my rental car. I just don't understand this stupidity 6/2/24. ....So lately I've been going through this mcdonand the cashier does not give out receipts automatically and I drive for my job so I save receipts.. That should be number one customer service is giving out the receipt whether they need it or not . All of a sudden today she got my order wrong , she gave me something totally different on one of the items and then gave me an extra something lol I appreciate the extra but I wanted what I wanted . I only got the receipt because I asked for it in time because last time the machine would not reprint a Receipt. It's usually only one girl that makes these mistakes .    Read morePurchased an order off of door dash, was speaking with the gentleman on the chat with them they had said call the McDonald's it came from they may possibly still have the order and you can switch it out. I said awesome I will call and get back in touch with you after I call. Called McDonald's a female named Katrina answered the phone. I proceeded to tell her, I am on a chat with our doordasher and let her know that what we ordered and what was in the bag was not what we had ordered, rudly I was interrupted at that time and she said you have to call door dash ( as read in the beginning I'm already on the phone with them. ) She proceeded to say that they have nothing to do with it and it wasn't their fault it was our dashers fault. Now I'm pretty frustrated because the receipt that was taped to the bag and sealed by them was the correct reciept, but the contents inside the sealed bag ( sealed by mcdonalds) were nothing in the same. Not messed up food just flat out the wrong order by this time she had hung up the phone with out a chance to tell her that all I wanted was to swap them out. She believed I was in the wrong because I was frustrated. My voice became raised because I knew what was coming out of her mouth was false because the truth is still sitting right in front of me.
