Papa Murphy's | Take 'N' Bake Pizza — Restaurant in Centralia

Had a negative experience at first, I ordered my food online at 4pm to be ready by 4:45 and had my boyfriend pick it up on his way home from work. When he went there, he arrived at 4:45 and they made him wait until 5:30 to get the food (because they hadn't started making it until he arrived) and then didn't give him the dessert that we ordered, that I had already paid for online, because they "were out". I was frustrated when I found out. However, an employee named Emily turned my experience around! When I called and explained the situation she was very friendly over the phone as well as understanding. She let me know that she had just gotten done making more of the desserts so I could come pick one up and she offered me a free side item for the fact that I had to drive into town to pick up our dessert. I have been coming here since they opened, My family has been long time customers. I come in 30 minutes after my order was placed, the customer in front of me was billed out the wrong pizza so they had to refund the transaction and then rearing up the customer. that should have been the first sign that this visit was not going to go well. I get up to the counter and they are looking the system and they tell me I didn't place an order, I told them my husband called and place the order over half an hour ago. A girl walks up with a broom and says "my bad I didn't place that order" but don't worry they still charged me full price while I stood there and waited for them to make my pizza. Very disappointed in the last several orders at this particular papa Murphy's. The one tonight is the kicker....I ordered a medium chicken bacon RANCH substitute olives for tomatoes. There was RED SAUCE and NOT ranch!! When I called to ask about it, they said it was my fault. Way to listen to an order folks. Nothing was done about it. This is the 3rd time there has been a mess up, 2x I didnt have the reciept so "nothing they could.do about it" however to fight with no reciept they were able to find my whole order...hhmmmm..... also was not able to use my $14.99 birthday coupon because their machine would not take it (it was even ALL digital associated with my phone number). Way to go Papa Murphys...
