Update 6/27/22 Same thing happened again, even worse experience even after the "owner" responded and was aware of this review by commenting. They didn't honor the coupons sent to us in the mail making up something about needing a "barcode" that doesn't exist. They left out the sauces. Didn't include much roast beef on the sandwiches... buns seem to be getting larger as the meat inside seems to be shrinking. Not sure it's worth it for a $10+ meal per person.... Even their deals (if you can ever get one) seem lacking. Poor customer service. Just disappointing.
The quality of the food was alright, but nothing to brag about. Seems like the quality of the restaurant in general is declining and prices are going up.. not a good combination. The quantity of meat seemed well off where they gave us an original beef sandwich that had a lot more meat in it than a double beef and cheddar sandwich. The staff were rude when we didn't have a coupon with us in the car, but knew it from getting it in the mail last week. They wouldn't honor the coupon (so standard everyone knows of it) and had multiple people talking on the drive threw. Customer service was poor, but food was 5/10. Thank goodness most of the recipes didn't change. The fries were great, nicely done, but they didn't have them ready to go so we had to wait for them. Premium drinks were filled with way too much ice that limited how much we actually got to enjoy. Read moreRefused to serve me. about 2 weeks ago at 9:45 p.m. I entered the parking lot of the restaurant three employees stood outside of the building in the Drive-Thru Lane smoking and joking. One had that headset for the drive-thru on her head. As I drove around the building to the speaker box and menu, I noticed that no employees or customers could be seen within the restaurant. I spoke into the speaker box in an attempt to order a milkshake. When I could hear the employees laughing out loud from the parking lot area outside. The employee giggled as she told me that I no longer could receive that flavor, all that would be available was orange. I agreed and ordered a medium then I could hear the the parking lot erupt in laughter as she responded that the machine was broken and they were getting ready to close in a couple minutes so nothing was available. But they were open until 11 p.m. I contacted Arby's corporate complaint line they responded in broken English to offer me a free meal card. Rule of thumb, go to Wendy's but not the one on...
Read moreThis review is for this specific restaurant location only. They didn't know how to ring me up. Kept trying to charge me more for the meal because they didn't know how to ring it up correctly. If you go throught the drive through it takes about 10-15 min. The problem is mismanagement. I went inside this last time and was able to watch how management and staff is extremely disorganised. Manager even dared the staff that she would close the restaurant down because she didn't want to be there anymore. It was like this the last few times I was here but I keep forgetting to not go back. I'll remember it after this last time.
