Wendy's — Restaurant in Chambersburg

Just what the stars say and honesty if I could have given 0 stars for the service and the food I would have. So my wife and I just stopped by for a little treat without the kids, and it turned out to be a mistake. First of all, when my wife ordered her "cheeseburger," the girl who took the order wasn't listening and punched in a regular burger on the register. So then the other teenage girl behind the counter grabbed a hamburger, put it in a bag, and then practically threw it at my wife. I almost lost my cool, but my lovely wife managed to calm me. Of course, my wife didn't realize that she had a regular burger and not a cheeseburger until we got back to the table. She then went up to the counter to get it switched where, at which time one of the other male employees chimed in and scolded the female employee for not listening. My wife then came back to the table with the cheeseburger that's pictured. It looked like they had just slapped a piece of cheese on the one she turned in and given it back to her, but she just ate it cause she was hungry. Wendy's, you should probably screen your employees better before hiring. Lazy non listening teenagers don't make...

We stopped at this Wendy’s for Lunch today and waited 1/2 hour to place our order. The young girl was only taking “one order at a time” and then she was assisting with making those orders plus other mobile orders. There were 4 other people working in the back. Including one young guy at the drive thru who wore a hat but his hair was sticking out of it in all directions. Then she was talking fresh to one of her associates about respect in front of all of the customers. (NOT A PRETTY SITE) This went on for a while until the manager moved a more mature person up to the checkout area when things Findlay began to nom move a bit faster. I hope that this Wendy’s is inspected very soon by management because this is the worst managed Wendy’s that I have ever seen. The young lady who answered the drive thru, She was very rude and had an attitude. When i went to the second window, The women who handed me my drinks was even worse. (I think it was the same lady though). I said thank you and have a good day to her and she just rolled her eyes. The older guy at second window, either a manager or just an employee, was even worse. i said thank you so much and i hoped that he had a nice day, and all he did was hand me my food and shut the window on me. This has happened for multiple past visits. I let it slide because i know people are allowed to have bad days. But now it’s been almost every time i go there. It seems when i go there after i get off of work at 11pm is the only time i had a nice employee from there. It was the women with the colored hair.
