I LOVE Rasing Canes! I eat it at least once or twice every two weeks. Here is my view on this particular location: ▪️The chances that I have stopped to dine in, the restaurant is always clean. ▪️Staff are nice ▪️I’ve had issues before where the soda fountain stopped working or my chicken tasted like burnt oil and they handled the issues very nicely. Replacing everything no questions asked ▪️The atmosphere is pleasant. Always enough room to sit anywhere you would like. ▪️The portions are big. I’ve noticed that in dining in the portion is bigger than to go though. 🔺I order alot through my mobile app. For curbside pickup. There are CERTAIN days where I put on my app that I’m there and I wait over 25 mins and see no one come out. I have to call sometimes and they seem to just barely see my order. They apologize all the times that happens. Other times I put that in there and are out in less than 3 minutes. So not sure how they see mobile orders 🤷🏻‍♀️ because of this I go to the drive thru better. 🔺Also, the app lets you supposedly add your Canes Card for points but after going once to a cashier to check how many I had he said just a few. The App has not been adding the amount of times I order. The App should allow users to see what they have in their Canes Card.

I stopped by at 1 am just now 10/7/25 and store ran out of coleslaw the girl taking my order asked if I wanted to substitute coleslaw for an extra cane sauce like what ?!?!?!? Then I waited 17 minutes and my maniac tenders were all extra extra crispy so hard and dry , I've never hd crispy tenders from raising canes in my life they are always the same out of the 50 times I've ate this chain , these were the worst tenders I've had here before , I prefer another location this one is wrong for even handing the tenders out like this look at my pics

I would say this is a fair rating and I will explain why. It was full and it was my first time. I had high expectations since people on the internet were saying how it’s so yummy and you just have to try it, and so I did. I went through the drive-thru and it sure was busy, I didn’t like the parking since you can stuck for waiting on your food (I got stuck because the guy working there told me to pull over in front of the patio, since it was full I got stuck there so that takes points off customer service. I got stuck since cars were surrounding me.) I ordered and the lady who took my order was quick and polite, so I’ll give them credit there. The prices were sure expensive but that’s just today’s economy I guess. The guy told me to pull over (like I previously had said) and I was confused because why not be like other restaurants where you just give the food in the window? Maybe that’s how Cane’s is? I don’t know but I was civil enough and open-minded and waited patiently for my order. I ordered the 25 finger with Cane’s sauce included. It took them 10 minutes for them to bring my food and I did a whole U-turn because the parking is weird and cars were just beeping each other. As for the food, the food is pretty good. There’s nothing special about the food here but The hype mainly comes around with the sauce and it does live up for it. It has the perfect balance of creamy, tangy, and a little peppery there. I also like how they give you a box to keep it hot. I didn’t order a drink since the meal I ordered didn’t come with a drink, plus it would be too expensive. The interior is nice and welcoming, looks clean, nothing special. Outside of Cane’s is also quite good, there’s an area outside if you wanna eat outdoors. My only complaint is that they need to fix the parking, and hurry up...

Man oh man, finally made it to Canes last night. My family has been so excited about Canes opening on our side of town. Let me just say, Canes don't got anything on ChikFilA. Canes gets one star from me because lets be honest, its chicken tenders and fries can't go wrong, menu is basic, food was fresh. Call me spoiled but wait time was 24 minutes for a to-go order of 3 pc tender meal, young lady at the counter literally did not speak nor smile!!! As I stood there waiting for my order I see MANY staff available, just seem like they are moving but not actually accomplishing anything. 2 gals doing coleslaw one with long hair in ponytail, turned to look behind her and literally hair swang in coleslaw..eww. Second girl helping put lids on coleslaw but mostly just chit chatting. No "hi welcome to canes", no thank you not even the manager engaged with customers when he walked out to the cash register area. I will say the building and interior design was beautiful, but NOT welcoming at all. I'd rather take my business to Chikfil where food and service are both top notch!! Canes y'all still got a lot of things to figure out, because drive thru out of control wait times out of control, and customer service lacking...
