Trolly Stop Hot Dogs — Restaurant in Chapel Hill

My girl and I were in Chapel Hill looking at houses for sale. We found this place by chance just walking up and down Franklin St, and we are so glad we did! Burgers, hotdogs, and fries sounded like an excellent meal. I ordered a double burger with fries, and she ordered a chili-cheese hotdog with fries. The burger was cooked beautifully (they asked how I wanted it!) and was so juicy. I tried the CC hotdog, and it was also excellent. An unexpected plus? Perfectly blended CHEERWINE! My best compliment comes in the form of the perfectly cooked fries. As Peter Griffin would say, "DING! Fries are done!" They were spot on in terms of texture, temperature, and flavor. The staff was friendly, and made sure my food was cooked correctly and tasted great.

Ordered a well done burger, got it basically raw, seriously bloody raw, I have an allergy to undercooked meat unfortunately. The manager was nice and professional and gave me my money back, but I won't be going back to a place that doesn't have basic line cook skills. Sad to throw away such a nice looking burger, but seriously you could see the uncooked ground patty meat right in the middle :(
