Chili's Grill & Bar — Restaurant in Charleston

Well I have dined here a couple time almost every time we have had to wait. Today we literally sat ourselves. We had a great server but after eating our food we both left I was sick 30 minutes after eating my stomach was in knots had to literally run to bathroom I was lightheaded having hot and cold sweats. I lied down for a while to try and feel better then my fiancé started having the same exact symptoms as me. So I knew chili’s was the only food her and I consumed today so I called to let them know what happened immediately the first guy who answered was rude jumping saying well that’s not how food poisoning works it normally takes 24 hours to enter your bloodstream. I never said I had food poisoning I’m thinking something was bad that they served us. Anyways the manager gets on the phone and takes my information down then says well there’s nothing we can do unless you go and get diagnosed. So why even take my information down? I work as a server myself I was just calling to inform of what happened so they can at least check their food on the items they served us. We will most definitely never be going back...

My advise is go somewhere else.

Our service was extremely slow. It took 10 min just to get our drinks ordered then another 10 before they arrived. The server messed up the orders and my burger came on a disgusting plate with caked on food from the last person who had it. The manager did replace it but by the time I got a replacement meal everyone else at my table was done eating.

Meanwhile during our meal someone spilled a drink right behind me and they never came to clean it up. I was sitting with my feet in a puddle for most of the meal. After that happened I looked around and saw that the floor was pretty dirty all over. Obviously they only clean the floor at the end of the night and don't clean up any messes during service.

Finally when we got the check they had my burger on there twice. I got them to take off both burgers, which should have been done before I got the check due to having to have it replaced. But it still took our server 10 min and 3 tries to split the check correctly.

I like chilli's restaurants a lot but I can guarantee I will never go here again. Worst dinner experience I think I...

Absolutely disgusting and unsanitary. As soon as you walk in you are hit with the smell of something akin to meat soaking in dirty dishwater. We should have left then, but we were staying at the hotel across the street and everything else had a long wait list so we chanced it. Big mistake. We were seated immediately, but sat at our table for 20 minutes before our drink order was even taken. Our table was sticky and had crayon all over it. The floor was sticky and there was food spilled on the walls that had to have been there for weeks by the look of it. Our waitress was friendly, but accidentally gave one of our appetizers to the table beside us. We didn’t get any silverware to eat our appetizers with because they were out. We finally got silverware when our entrees came out. I got fajitas and by husband got a burger. The meat on both smelled awful. Like it had turned and/or been cooked on a grill that has never been clean. There was also mold on the cheese. I couldn’t even make it through one bite and was nauseous for the rest of...
